Dapat kami sampaikan bahwa sampai dengan penjelasan ini disampaikan, tidak terdapat aksi korporasi
terkait dengan rencana merger yang dilakukan oleh PT XL Axiata Tbk (Perseroan) dan PT Smartfren
Telecom Tbk. (FREN). Dalam melaksanakan setiap rencana transaksi atau aksi korporasi, Perseroan
akan senantiasa memperhatikan dan memenuhi kewajiban-kewajiban yang perlu dilaksanakan sesuai
dengan ketentuan yang berlaku, termasuk diantaranya ketentuan di bidang pasar modal.//
Hereby we inform that as of now, there is no corporate action related to the merger plan conducted by PT
XL Axiata Tbk (the Company) and PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk. (FREN). In conducting every proposed
transaction or corporate action, the Company will always consider and comply with the required
obligations pursuant to the prevailing laws and regulations, including the capital market regulations.
2. Informasi/kejadian penting lainnya yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi kelangsungan hidup
perusahaan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham perusahaan.
Sampai saat ini, tidak ada informasi atau kejadian penting yang material dan dapat mempengaruhi
kelangsungan hidup Perseroan serta dapat mempengaruhi harga saham Perseroan yang dapat kami
sampaikan. Dalam hal terdapat informasi material yang terjadi pada Perseroan, informasi material
tersebut akan diinformasikan dan/atau diungkapkan oleh Perseroan sesuai dengan ketentuan yang
berlaku.//
As of now, there is no other important information or event which material and can affect the sustainability
of the Company and the stock price. In the event there is any material information, the Company will
inform and/or disclose such material information in accordance with the prevailing laws and regulations.
