 COMPANY PROFILE
PT UBC MEDICAL INDONESIA TBK (the "Company") is a Limited Liability Company
established on June 9, 2014, and operates as a distributor of medical devices.

Until 2025, the Company demonstrated continuous growth, both in terms of
operations and product portfolio. The Company actively provides innovative
diagnostic solutions, covering various needs such as immunodiagnostics, molecular
diagnostics, and other diagnostic systems, to support the improvement of the quality
of healthcare services in Indonesia.

The Company has also been appointed as a distributor based on Letters of
Authorization from its principals, In-Vitro Diagnostic manufacturers from developed
countries, including Japan, Germany, Finland, and China, to provide the best
technology to laboratories throughout Indonesia.

Supported by an extensive distribution network, industry experience, and a
commitment to quality standards, the Company continues to strengthen its position
as a trusted provider of medical device solutions. Going forward, the Company is
committed to continued sustainable growth and making a significant contribution to
supporting the national healthcare system.

      Commercial Highlight 2025
Throughout 2025, PT UBC Medical Indonesia Tbk successfully recorded solid commercial
performance, with growth driven by strengthening its core business, diversifying its product
portfolio, and developing strategic partnerships with various healthcare stakeholders.

The Company continues to capitalize on growth opportunities in the medical diagnostics sector
through a commercial approach focused on high-value healthcare technology solutions.

The Company's product lines, including Newborn Screening, Tuberculosis (TB), Human
Papillomavirus (HPV), and several other flagship products, recorded very significant growth
throughout 2025.

This increase was driven by the increasingly widespread implementation of newborn screening
programs in various healthcare facilities in Indonesia and growing awareness of the importance
of early detection of congenital diseases in infants.

In addition to strengthening its core business, the Company is also expanding its portfolio
through a strategic collaboration with Hisky Medical to introduce elastography-based liver
disease diagnostic technology in Indonesia. Through this collaboration, the Company was
appointed as the exclusive distributor of liver fibrosis diagnostic devices, with initial installations
already underway at Medistra Hospital in Jakarta.

This initiative strengthens the Company's position as a trusted partner for healthcare facilities in
providing modern diagnostic technology that enables faster and more accurate disease
detection.

📊 Key Financial Performance
Throughout 2025, the Company recorded very solid financial performance with significant growth across all key
indicators. Revenue increased to approximately Rp 199.3 billion, growing by approximately 35% year-on-year,
driven by increased demand and effective distribution network expansion. In line with this growth, the Company
significantly increased net profit to Rp 13.5 billion, a jump of more than 350% compared to the previous year,
reflecting the success of its market penetration strategy, business strategy, operational, and efficiency.

📈 Profitability & Efficiency
The Company also recorded strong profitability improvement, with gross profit reaching IDR 79.7 billion, marking
a substantial increase from the prior year. This demonstrates the Company’s ability to maintain healthy margins
while improving efficiency in cost of revenue.
The faster growth in profit relative to revenue confirms the emergence of operating leverage, creating
opportunities for further margin expansion in the future.

🏗️ Healthy Financial Structure
From a balance sheet perspective, total assets increased to approximately IDR 228 billion, reflecting continued
business expansion.
Equity grew to around IDR 152.5 billion, supported by strong accumulated net earnings, thereby strengthening the
Company’s capital structure.
Meanwhile, liabilities increased moderately to IDR 75 billion, remaining at a well-managed level to support
business growth.

💰 Cash Flow & Liquidity
The Company recorded positive operating cash flow of IDR 22.9 billion, demonstrating the business’s ability to
generate cash sustainably.
This reflects strong earnings quality as well as effective working capital management.
