KARYA PACIFIC ENERGY UNVEILS ITS NEW LOGO
Jakarta, August 10, 2026 – Today, PT Karya Pacific Energy Tbk (IDX: IATA or the “Company”) officially launched
its new logo as part of the Company’s identity transformation. The logo change follows the Company’s name
change from PT MNC Energy Investments Tbk to PT Karya Pacific Energy Tbk, which was approved by
shareholders at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on 22 June 2026.
The new visual identity represents the Company’s vision, spirit, and strategic under its new controlling shareholder
to continue growing as an adaptive and trusted energy company with strong competitiveness, while upholding
social responsibility and long-term commitment to the environment and stakeholders.
Logo Philosophy

element, as that shape symbolizes the company’s
permanence, expansion, and growth.

This identity transformation marks an important milestone in the Company's journey toward its next phase of
growth. With the support of the new controlling shareholder, the Company is confident in strengthening its
business capabilities by leveraging the integrated Karya Pacific Group ecosystem across its operations,
thereby enhancing operational efficiency and business effectiveness. Furthermore, we remain committed to

The change in visual identity does not affect the Company’s operational activities or its commitments to customers,
business partners, investors, creditors, and all stakeholders. All rights and obligations of the Company will continue
to be carried out as stipulated in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations. The Company’s new logo will
be implemented gradually across all communication channels, official documents, digital platforms, and other
corporate assets.
Business Updates
The Company remains committed to optimizing its coal production in 2026. Currently, the Company is awaiting
the evaluation results from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM) regarding the submitted revision
of its Work Plan and Budget (RKAB). While awaiting, the Company continues to carry out its operational activities
in accordance with the established work plan.
Backed by the integrated ecosystem of Karya Pacific Group as its new controlling shareholder, the Company is
well positioned to enhance its operational capabilities and increase its production capacity through synergies
across mining, logistics, and supporting infrastructure.
As part of the Karya Pacific Group ecosystem, the Company is supported by various strategic facilities, including:

Currently, Karya Pacific Energy manages three active Mining Business Licenses (IUPs) that contribute to the
Company’s performance, namely PT Putra Muba Coal (PMC), PT Arthaco Prima Energy (APE), and PT Indonesia
Batu Prima Energi (IBPE). These 3 IUPs have combined coal resources of 598 million MT and coal reserves of
288 million MT.
