Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 7 November 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
ELSA) terus meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis melalui
pembelanjaan investasi dari belanja modal. Melalui
peningkatan kapasitas peralatan diharapkan Perseroan
mampu memberikan solusi tepat guna. Adapun realisasi capex
sejauh ini per september 2023 sudah terserap dikisaran 57%
dari rencana belanja modal perusahaan sebesar Rp500
milyar. Hal tersebut menjadi sinyal positif prospek bisnis di
tahun mendatang.
Berdasarkan serapan belanja modal tersebut, Top Cash Out
Realization year-to-date September 2023 dikontribusikan
sebesar 27% untuk lini bisnis Hulu yang meliputi Cementing
Unit, Equipment Slickline, dan Electric Wireline (EWL)
Onshore. Sebesar 25% pada Jasa Energy Distribution &
Logistic untuk kebutuhan penggantian Armada Mobil Tanki
Reguler. Sementara itu sebesar 43% untuk kebutuhan Jasa
Penunjang meliputi Accomodation Work Barge Offshore &
Kebutuhan Operational Barge dan 5% penggunaan untuk non
project.

Maulina mengatakan 'Hingga akhir tahun 2023 Perseroan
masih menargetkan untuk melakukan investasi yang selektif
dan tepat sasaran serta melanjutkan kinerja operasional yang
efisien. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendukung pertumbuhan
bisnis yang berkelanjutan dan terus mendorong penguatan
keunggulan operasional, peningkatan kapasitas, dan
pengembangan usaha,' kata Jayanty.
Jayanty Menambahkan, 'Perseroan akan tetap berfokus
memperkuat dan mengembangkan tiga bisnis inti Perseroan
pada Jasa Hulu Migas, Jasa Distribusi dan Logistik Energi dan
Jasa Pendukung Migas yang mampu menunjang kinerja
Perseroan satu sama lain. Di samping itu, Perseroan juga turut
mendukung program Pemerintah untuk melakukan konversi
energi dan saat ini sedang menjajaki pengembangan bisnis
baru dalam industri energi baru terbarukan.' Tutup Jayanty.

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 7 November 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA) continues to increase business capacity through
investment spending from capital expenditure. By increasing
equipment capacity, it is hoped that the Company will be able
to provide effective solutions. The capex realization so far as
of September 2023 has been absorbed at around 57% of the
company's capital expenditure plan of IDR 500 billion. This is a
positive signal for business prospects in the coming year.
Based on the absorption of capital expenditure, Top Cash Out
Realization year-to-date September 2023 was contributed by
27% to the Upstream business line which includes Cementing
Unit, Equipment Slickline, and Electric Wireline (EWL)
Onshore. 25% on Energy Distribution & Logistics Services for
Regular Tank Car Fleet replacement needs. Meanwhile, 43%
is for supporting services needs including Offshore Work
Barge Accommodation & Operational Barge needs and 5% is
for non-project use.

Maulina said 'Until the end of 2023 the Company is still
targeting to make selective and targeted investments and
continue efficient operational performance. This is done to
support sustainable business growth and continue to
encourage strengthening operational excellence, increasing
capacity and business development,' said Jayanty.
Jayanty added, 'The Company will continue to focus on
strengthening and developing the Company's three core
businesses in Upstream Oil and Gas Services, Energy
Distribution and Logistics Services and Oil and Gas Support
Services which are able to support the Company's
performance with each other. "In addition, the Company also
supports the Government's program to carry out energy
conversion and is currently exploring the development of new
businesses in the new renewable energy industry,' Close

Elnusa is a subsidiary of PT Pertamina Hulu Energi (PHE)
incorporated in Subholding Upstream Pertamina. As a total
energy services solution company, Elnusa has core
competencies in upstream oil and gas services, supporting
services, and energy distribution and logistics services. The
upstream oil and gas service line includes Geoscience &
Reservoir services (land, transition zone & marine, and data
processing), oil and gas field drilling & maintenance services
(drilling & workover), engineering, procurement, construction &
operation maintenance (EPC-OM) services. Supporting service
lines include marine support services, fabrication, to data
management. The energy distribution and logistics service line
includes fuel transportation services, depot management, and
chemical sales. Currently, Elnusa serves national and
