Yang selanjutnya merupakan pemegang saham dengan kepemilikan tidak langsung sebesar 100Y6 atas Birchwood Omnia Limited (“Penjual”) / hereinafter is an indirect shareholder with 10046 share ownership in Birchwood Omnia Limited (the “Seller”). Pada tanggal transaksi yang tercantum di bawah ini, kami telah melakukan transaksi pengalihan atas saham PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (“Perseroan”) sebesar 5146 dengan Penjual (“Transaksi”). Untuk memenuhi ketentuan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomr 11/POJK.04/2017 tentang Laporan Kepemilikan atau Setiap Perubahan Kepemilikan Saham Perusahaan Terbuka dan berdasarkan Pasal 2 huruf (a) Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor 78/POJK.04/2017 tentang Transaksi Efek Yang Tidak Dilarang Bagi Orang Dalam (“POJK 78/2017”), Transaksi termasuk dalam transaksi efek yang tidak dilarang bagi On the transaction date as set out below, we have completed a transfer of S1Y6 shares of PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. (the “Company”) with the Seller (the “Transaction”). To comply with the provisions of Financial Services — Authority Regulation — Number 11/POJK.04/2017 regarding Ownership Reports or Any Changes in Share Ownership of Public Companies and based on Article 2 letter (a) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 78/POJK.04/2017 regarding Securities Transactions that are Not Prohibited for Insiders (“POJK 78/2017”), the Transaction is a securities

orang dalam karena dilakukan oleh antar orang dalam Perseroan, yaitu antar pemegang saham utama Perseroan sebagaimana didefinisikan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1995 tentang Pasar Modal sebagaimana diubah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 4 Tahun 2023 tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Sektor Jasa Keuangan. Sehingga sesuai dengan Pasal 5 POJK 78/2017, kami melapor Transaksi dengan rincian sebagai berikut: transaction that are not prohibited for insiders considering that it is carried out between insiders of the Company, particularly between the principal shareholders of the Company as defined in Law No. 8/1995 on Capital Market as amended by Law No. 4/2023 on the Development and Strengthening of the Financial Sector. Therefore, in accordance with Article 5 of POJK 78/2017, we hereby report the Transaction with the following details: 1. | Nama saham Perusahaan Terbuka Name of the Public Company PT Indocement Tunggal Prakarsa Tbk. 2. | Jumlah saham dan persentase kepemilikan saham sebelum dan sesudah transaksi Number of shares and percentage of share ownership before and after the transaction Sebelum transaksi: 0 saham (095) Before transaction: 0 shares (046) Sesudah transaksi: 1.877.480.863 saham (5144 dari seluruh saham yang telah diterbitkan Perseroan) After transaction: 1,877,480,863 shares (5146 of all shares that have been issued by the Company) 3. | Jumlah saham yang dibeli Number of shares and share ownership percentage before and after the transaction 1.877.480.863 saham (5194 dari seluruh saham yang telah diterbitkan Perseroan) 1,877,480,863 shares (51Y6 of all shares that have been issued by the Company) 4. | Harga pembelian per saham Purchase price per share GBP 0.57 / 11,022 IDR 5. | Tanggal transaksi Date of the transaction November 7, 2023 6. | Tujuan dari transaksi Purpose of the transaction Transaksi ini dilakukan untuk tujuan restrukturisasi grup kami. Tidak ada perubahan pemegang saham pengendali Perseroan dalam Transaksi ini. Transaksi ini hanya mengakibatkan perubahan kepemilikan kami dalam Perseroan yang semula tidak langsung menjadi kepemilikan langsung. This Transaction was carried out for the purpose of our group restructuring. There is no change in the controlling shareholder of the Company in this Transaction. This Transaction only results in a transition of our ownership from indirect to direct ownership in the Company.
