perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023
Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut :
Berdasarkan rekomendasi Komite Audit dengan beberapa pertimbangan yaitu Independensi AP & KAP, Ruang lingkup
Audit, Imbalan Jasa Audit, Keahlian dan pengalaman AP & KAP, dan metode,tekhnik dan sarana yang digunakan KAP
maka kami memutuskan untuk memakai KANAK Puradiredja, Suhartono dengan AP Bpk. Florus Daeli

Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Florus Daeli To conduct an audit of the company's financial statements
ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on the recommendations of the Audit Committee with several considerations, namely the independence of the AP
& KAP, the scope of the audit, fees for audit services, the expertise and experience of the AP & KAP, and the methods,
techniques and facilities used by the KAP, we decided to use KANAK Puradiredja, Suhartono with AP Mr. Florus Daeli
