The company increased its share ownership in PT Digital Maxima Indonesia to 994946 ownership, or amounting of Rp. 1,170,000,000 (one billion one hundred and seventy million Rupiah). 4 | Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik Impact — of the Evenis, Information or material facts on the operational activities, law, financial condition, or business continuity of the Issuer or Public Company Tidak terdapat dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.
