Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 6 November 2023 - Memperkuat langkah
signifikannya dalam lanskap mobilitas berkelanjutan dan
teknologi yang sedang berkembang, Twin Towers Ventures
(TTV), lengan investasi dari PETRONAS Ventures,
berpartisipasi dalam putaran investasi bersama dengan Rigel
Star Fund LP. Investasi strategis ini merupakan tonggak
penting bagi industri energi bersih, dengan memperkuat
pertumbuhan dan inovasi pemimpin sepeda motor listrik dan
infrastruktur Indonesia, Volta, melalui perusahaan induknya PT
Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), yang merupakan anak perusahaan
dari PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), Grup MCASH.
Didirikan dengan visi untuk memberikan dampak positif pada
dunia mobilitas listrik, ESB dengan cepat menjadi pemimpin di
sektor ini, terkenal dengan produsen sepeda motor listrik
mereka, Volta, dan stasiun penukaran baterai (SGB).
Beberapa pencapaian terkemuka Volta diantaranya adalah
kemitraan dengan AstraZeneca, penyediaan layanan sewa
dengan opsi kepemilikan sepeda motor mereka melalui anak
perusahaan NFCX yang lainnya, yaitu Semolis, dan lebih dari
3 juta transaksi pertukaran baterai total melalui stasiun SGB.
Motor listrik Volta juga telah mengakumulasi total perjalanan
lebih dari 212 juta km, yang efektif mengurangi emisi karbon
sebesar lebih dari 20.000 ton. Komitmen ESB terhadap energi
bersih dan transportasi berkelanjutan sejalan dengan target
pemerintah Indonesia mengurangi jejak karbon dan
meningkatkan kualitas hidup, serta memastikan aksesibilitas
untuk semua konsumen.
Putaran investasi tahap awal yang difasilitasi oleh Rigel dan
TTV, telah dilakukan untuk memperkuat misi ESB. Rigel
adalah manajer investasi dan pembangun ekosistem yang
berfokus dalam memajukan pertumbuhan perusahaan
teknologi regional, khususnya di Asia Tenggara dan India. TTV
sendiri adalah lengan investasi dari PETRONAS Ventures
yang berinvestasi pada perusahaan-perusahaan teknologi di

(APAC), Australia dan Selandia Baru, serta Timur Tengah dan
Afrika Utara (MENA). TTV dan Rigel tidak hanya memberikan

keahlian yang luas dan jaringan yang sejalan dengan visi
bersama untuk transportasi berkelanjutan. Dengan mobilitas

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 6 November 2023 - In a significant move within the

Twin Towers Ventures (TTV), the investment arm of
PETRONAS Ventures, has announced its participation in an
investment round together with Rigel Star Fund LP. This
strategic investment marks a key milestone for the clean
energy industry, as it bolsters the growth and innovation of
Indonesian electric motorcycle and infrastructure leader Volta
through its parent PT Energi Selalu Baru (ESB), a subsidiary
of PT NFC Indonesia Tbk (IDX: NFCX), MCASH Group.
Founded with a vision to impact the world of electric mobility,
ESB has swiftly ascended as a frontrunner in the sector,
known for their EV motorcycle manufacturer, Volta, and
supporting battery swapping (SGB) stations. Some of Voltas
notable achievements include their recent partnerships with
businesses like AstraZeneca, rent-to-own service provisions of
their motorcycles through NFCXs other subsidiary, Semolis,
and over 3 million total battery swap transactions through the
SGB stations. Voltas motorcycles have also accumulated a
total of over 212 million km traveled, effectively reducing
carbon emissions by over 20,000 tons. ESBs commitment to
clean energy and sustainable transportation aligns seamlessly
with the Indonesian governments recent ambition towards
reducing carbon footprints and enhancing the quality of life,
ensuring accessibility to all consumers.
The companys first early-stage investment round, facilitated by
Rigel and TTV, is set to boost ESBs mission. Rigel is an
investment manager and ecosystem builder that specializes in
fostering the growth of regional tech companies, with a focus
on Southeast Asia and India. TTV is the investment arm of
PETRONAS Ventures that invests in technology companies in
the energy transition and mobility space across the Asia
Pacific (APAC), Australia and New Zealand, Middle East and
North Africa (MENA) regions. TTV and Rigel bring to the table
not only financial strength through their capital infusion but
also vast expertise and network aligned with a shared vision
for sustainable transportation. As electric mobility gains
momentum nationally, this investment comes at a critical

Additionally, ESBs ecosystem reaches beyond just electric
