Peningkatan ini terutama disebabkan oleh peningkatan kas dan setara kas yang diakibatkan dari penerimaan dana dari BAIN Capital terkait penerbitan surat utang dan penerimaan dana dari pasien. Sejalan dengan hal tersebut, jumlah liabilitas per 31 Desember 2025 juga meningkat sebesar Rp 2.438.467 juta atau 63,34Ys, yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh penerbitan surat utang kepada BAIN Capital.
