Laba Ulima Nitra (UNIQ) Melonjak 117 Persen
Capai Rp 30 Miliar Kuartal III-2023
PT Ulima Nitra Tbk (UNIQ) pada sembilan bulan pertama 2023 mencatatkan kinerja keuangan yang sangat
positif. Hal tersebut dapat terlihat dari laba perseroan yang mengalami peningkatan sebesar 117 persen YoY
dan juga diikuti dengan pendapatan yang naik 40 persen.
Positifnya kinerja keuangan perseroan sepanjang 2023 tidak lepas dari konsistensi dan efisiensi yang telah
dilakukan oleh management.
Direktur PT Ulima Nitra Tbk Ulung Wijaya menjelaskan di kuartal-III 2023 perseroan berhasil membukukan
laba bersih sebesar Rp30,9 miliar dan pendapatan sebesar Rp 410 miliar dari target yang dicanangkan sebesar
Rp 510 miliar. Sebagai catatan, total pendapatan perseroan tahun lalu sebesar Rp 424 miliar dengan laba tahun
lalu sebesar Rp 22 miliar.
"Salah satu faktor yang mendorong peningkatan laba adalah ketercapaian produksi over burden removal yang
melebihi target selama Q3. Perseroan akan terus bekerja keras dalam merealisasikan beberapa target, meskipun
terdapat berbagai tantangan di sisa akhir tahun ini yakni faktor cuaca yang unpredictable, sehingga dapat
mempengaruhi beberapa kegiatan produksi kami," ungkapnya melalui keterangan tertulis di Jakarta Selasa
(31/10/2023).
Ulung pun menambahkan sampai akhir tahun 2023, perseroan optimistis bisa mendapatkan 1 kontrak baru
untuk jasa armada pertambangan di Muara Enim, Sumatera Selatan senilai Rp 436 miliar.
Sehingga, diharapkan dengan adanya tambahan kontrak tersebut dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap
revenue di awal tahun depan.
"Mengenai dampak terhadap proyeksi revenue akan terefleksi di tahun depan dengan perkiraan dapat
menyumbang sekitar 70-80 miliar per tahun," tutupnya.
Sementara itu, perseroan selalu melakukan upaya perbaikan terhadap kinerja operasional dengan efisien di
berbagai departement terkait. Perseroan juga belum ada rencana untuk membagikan dividen kepada para
pemegang saham, dan mengenai pembagian dividen akan diputuskan melalui RUPS di tahun depan.

Ulima Nitra’s (UNIQ) Profit Soar Up To 117 Percent
Reaching Rp 30 Billion in Quarter III-2023
PT Ulima Nitra Tbk (UNIQ) in the first nine months of 2023 recorded positive financial performance. This can
be seen from the company's profit which increased by 117 percent YoY and was also followed by revenue
increasing by 40 percent. Positive financial performance of the company throughout 2023 can’t be separated
from the consistency and efficiency carried out by management.
Director of PT Ulima Nitra Tbk, Ulung Wijaya explained that in the third quarter of 2023 the company
managed to record a net profit of Rp 30.9 billion and revenue of Rp 410 billion from the stated target of Rp 510
billion. For the record, the company's total revenue last year was Rp 424 billion with profit of Rp 22 billion.
"One of the factors that made the increase in profits was the achievement of over burden removal production
which exceeded the target during Q3. The Company will continue to work hard in realizing several targets,
even though there are various challenges for the rest of the year, such as unpredictable weather, which can
affect several activities our production," he said in a written statement in Jakarta, Tuesday (31/10/2023).
Ulung also added that by the end of 2023, the company is optimistic that it will be able to obtain 1 new contract
for mining fleet services in Muara Enim, South Sumatera worth about Rp 436 billion. In hope with this
additional contract can contribute to revenue at the beginning of next year.
"Regarding the impact on revenue projections, it will be reflected in next year with an estimated contribution of
around 70-80 billion per year," he concluded.
Meanwhile, the company always makes efforts to improve operational performance efficiently in various
related departments. The company also has no plans to distribute dividends to shareholders, and the dividend
distribution will be decided at the General Meeting Shareholder next year.
