Perseroan secara berkala menyelenggarakan pelatihan terkait HAM. Perseroan juga memastikan
penghormatan terhadap HAM di rantai pasok melalui penerapan Garudafood Vendor Code yang selaras
dengan Pedoman Etika dan Perilaku Perseroan serta mengacu pada ketentuan OJK No. 21 Tahun 2015.

perekrutan untuk mencegah praktik pekerja anak. Selain itu, larangan terhadap kerja paksa diatur secara
tegas dalam Pasal 34 Peraturan Perusahaan guna memastikan hubungan kerja berlangsung secara
sukarela dan sesuai ketentuan hukum yang berlaku.

Kode Etik Garudafood merupakan standar tertinggi nilai perusahaan yang memandu Dewan Komisaris,

Perseroan telah memiliki Kebijakan Antikorupsi No. 007/ BOD/LGL/X/18 yang ditetapkan pada 31 Oktober
2018, dan disempurnakan dengan Kebijakan Antipenyuapan dan Antikorupsi pada tahun 2022.
Perseroan membangun budaya antisuap dan antikorupsi dengan mengadakan pelatihan baik secara daring
maupun luring untuk karyawan dan sosialisasi untuk mitra bisnis. Langkah-langkah ini tidak hanya
memperkuat sistem pengendalian internal tetapi juga meningkatkan kepercayaan pemangku kepentingan.
Karyawan Perseroan dan pihak eksternal dapat berperan serta dalam upaya pencegahan dan

The Company reduces emissions through various energy efficiency initiatives and increased use of renewable
energy. These measures include transitioning from gas-fired steam boilers to biomass steam boilers,
rejuvenating air compressors to improve energy efficiency, and standardizing HVAC startup times to optimize
energy consumption. These efforts are supported by structured emissions management through monitoring,
measurement, and evaluation of emissions performance across all operational units as part of the Companys
decarbonization strategy. On a consolidated basis, total GHG emissions in 2025 amounted to 107,599.52 tons
CO2eq, with emissions intensity Scope 1 and 2 of 0.23 tons CO2eq per ton, reflecting an improvement with a
decrease of 6.26% compared to the previous year.
