resignation as an employee and Vice President Director of PT Pakuan Tbk for personal reasons

The effective date of my resignation shall be determined in accordance with the regulations
applicable to public companies, as stipulated under OJK (Financial Services Authority) Regulation
No. 33/POJK.04/2014, Article 8 paragraphs (1), (2), and (3), whereby a public company is
reguired to conduct an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) no later than
90 days from the receipt of this resignation letter.
