Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pembelian 1 (satu) unit kapal jenis Bulk Carrier Mother Vessel
Supramax 57.000DWT dengan pihak ketiga yang tidak
memiliki hubungan afiliasi senilai USD 12,800,000 setara
dengan 223,50% ekuitas Perseroan per 31 Desember 2022.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Perseroan melihat adanya prospek usaha yang signifikan lebih
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan baik dalam hal pengoperasian Bulk Carrier Mother Vessel,
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, sehingga dengan dilakukannya transaksi, Perseroan akan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau memperoleh peningkatan pendapatan.

Jika diasumsikan dari figur Laporan Keuangan Tahunan
Perseroan (audited) yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember
2022, maka pengaruh transaksi terhadap kondisi keuangan
Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Nilai Aset Tidak Lancar mengalami peningkatan
sebesar 180%
b. Nilai Liabilitas Jangka Pendek mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 130%
c. Nilai Liabilitas Jangka Panjang mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 752%
Jika diasumsikan dari figur Laporan Keuangan Tahunan
Perseroan Interim (unaudited) yang berakhir pada tanggal 30
September 2023, maka pengaruh transaksi terhadap kondisi
keuangan Perseroan adalah sebagai berikut:
a. Nilai Aset Tidak Lancar mengalami peningkatan
sebesar 146%
b. Nilai Liabilitas Jangka Pendek mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 175%
c. Nilai Liabilitas Jangka Panjang mengalami
peningkatan sebesar 908%
