PENGUMUMAN
PENYESUAIAN SYARAT DAN KETENTUAN
WARAN TERSTRUKTUR AKRADRCZ3A
Mengacu pada keterbukaan informasi PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023
tentang Jadwal Dividen Tunai Interim.
Sesuai dengan syarat dan ketentuan Waran Terstruktur AKRADRCZ3A sebagaimana disebutkan
dalam Term Sheet dan Bagian 3 Prospektus Waran Terstruktur, maka tidak ada penyesuaian yang
akan dilakukan untuk waran terstruktur AKRADRCZ3A sehubungan dengan pembagian Dividen Tunai
Interim karena jumlah penyesuaian kurang dari 2 % (dua persen) dari Harga Pelaksanaan dan/atau
Rasio Pelaksanaan yang diubah.
Untuk menghindari keraguan, Prospektus harus dijadikan rujukan dan syarat ketentuan didalamnya
akan berlaku.

ANNOUNCEMENT
TO THE ADJUSTMENT OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF STRUCTURED WARRANT AKRADRCZ3A
Referring to disclosure of information of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (“AKRA”) dated 25th October 2023,
relating to Interim Cash Dividend Schedule.
In accordance to the terms and conditions of the Structured Warrant AKRADRCZ3A as stated in the
Term Sheet and Part 3 of the Prospectus of Structured Warrant, no adjustment will be made to
structured warrant AKRADRCZ3A pursuant to the Interim Cash Dividend as the adjustment amount is
less than 2% (two percent) of the Exercise Price and/or Exercise Ratio of AKRADRCZ3A.
For avoidance of doubt, reference should be made to the Base Prospectus and the terms and conditions
therein shall prevail.
