Sehubungan dengan aktivitas transaksi efek
Perseroan pada periode 12-17 Maret 2026,
sampai dengan saat ini dan sepanjang
pengetahuan Perseroan, tidak ada informasi
atau fakta material dari internal Perseroan yang
dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana
diatur dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan
(“POJK”) No.  31/POJK.04/2015 tentang
Keterbukaan Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh
Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik sebagaimana
diubah sebagian dalam POJK No. 45 Tahun 2024
tentang Pengembangan dan Penguatan Emiten
dan Perusahaan Publik serta Peraturan Nomor I-
E: Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi ketentuan

sebagaimana diubah terakhir kali dalam Kep-

Perseroan memperkirakan bahwa pergerakan
harga saham Perseroan yang terjadi dalam
beberapa waktu terakhir ini, termasuk pada
periode 12-17 Maret 2026, dipengaruhi oleh
meningkatnya sentimen geopolitik global,
termasuk eskalasi ketegangan antarnegara,
ketidakpastian arah kebijakan suku bunga
global, serta volatilitas harga komoditas dan nilai
tukar. Kondisi tersebut mendorong investor
untuk melakukan aksi jual pada BEI, sehingga
meningkatkan aktivitas perdagangan dan
memberikan tekanan jual pada saham-saham di
BEI.

Dampak fluktuasi ini tidak hanya terbatas pada
saham Perseroan, tetapi juga pada penurunan
harga saham emiten lainnya yang terdaftar pada
BEI, sehingga menyebabkan penurunan Indeks
Harga Saham Gabungan (IHSG) dari 7.362,12
pada 12 Maret 2026 menjadi 7.106,84 pada 17
Maret 2026. Perseroan memandang bahwa

Answer for guestions no. 1 and no. 2:

In relation to the trading activity of the
Company's shares during the period from March
12 to 17, 2026, as of now and to the best of the
Company's knowledge, there is no information
or material fact from the internal of the
Company that could affect the value of the
Company's stock or the investment decisions of
investors as governed in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation (“POJK”) No.
31/POJK.04/2015 concerning Disclosure of
Information or Material Facts by Issuers or Public
Companies, as partially amended in the POJK No.
45 Year 2024 regarding Development and
Reinforcement of Issuers and Public Companies
as well as Regulation Number I-E: Obligation to
Submit Information provisions of points 1.2.1.
and IV.2.1. Attachment to the Board of Directors
Of BEI No. Kep-00015/BEI/O1-2021, as last
amended by Kep-00087/BE1/12-2025.

The Company estimates that the movement of
its stock prices in recent times, including the
period from March 12 to 17, 2026, has primarily
been influenced by increasing global geopolitical
sentiment, including the escalation of tensions
between countries, uncertainty in the direction
of global interest rate policies, as well as
volatility in commodity prices and exchange
rates. Such conditions have prompted investors
to undertake selling activities on BEI, thereby
increasing trading activity and exerting selling
pressure on shares on BEI.

The impact of such fluctuations is not limited to
the Company's shares, but also the decline in the
share prices of other listed companies on the BEI,
causing the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG)
to drop from 7,362.12 on March 12, 2026 to
7,106.84 on March 17, 2026. The Company is of
the view that the movement in its share price is

indirectly own at least 596 of the Company's
shares, and/or the controller of the Company,
which have been reported to the Company and
are reguired to be reported to OJK in accordance
with the provisions governed in POJK 11/2017 as
replaced by POJK No. 4 year 2024 concerning the

melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu
dekat, termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan

Jawaban:

Perseroan dan/atau entitas anak saat ini
memiliki beberapa rencana aksi korporasi dan
telah menyampaikan informasi sehubungan
dengan aksi korporasi tersebut yang
direncanakan dilaksanakan dalam 3 (tiga) bulan
ke depan, antara lain, sebagai berikut:

- pelaksanaan Stock Split Perseroan dengan
rasio 1:25 - pelaksanaan Stock Split
Perseroan dengan rasio 1:25 yang sudah
disampaikan pada keterbukaan informasi
pada tanggal 30 Januari 2026, dan sudah
mendapatkan persetujuan dari pemegang
saham Perseroan pada Rapat Umum
Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa Perseroan yang
telah dilaksanakan pada tanggal 11 Maret
2026

penggabungan usaha PT Eka Mas Republik,
dengan merek dagang MyRepublic, dengan
PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (“MORA”)
yang sudah disampaikan melalui keterbukaan
informasi Perseroan pada tanggal 18
Desember 2026. Rapat Umum Pemegang
Saham Luar Biasa MORA sehubungan dengan
rencana penggabungan yang telah
diselenggarakan pada tanggal 26 Maret 2026
menyetujui — secara — resmi — rencana
penggabungan tersebut

Selain itu, Perseroan juga akan menindaklanjuti
inisiatif strategis yang telah dijajaki agar dapat
memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap kinerja
Perseroan ke depannya. Inisiatif strategis yang
telah dilakukan, di antaranya, sebagai berikut:

melalui entitas anak, memenangkan lelang
pita frekuensi 1,4 GHz yang diselenggarakan
oleh Kementerian Komunikasi dan Digital
Republik Indonesia untuk dua regional, yaitu
Regional 2 (Sumatera, Bali, dan Nusa
Tenggara) serta Regional 3 (Kalimantan dan
Sulawesi)

- melalui entitas anak,
melakukan kemitraan strategis dengan
PT FirstGen Geothermal Indonesia, yang
merupakan entitas anak Energy Development
Corporation - produsen energi baru dan
terbarukan terbesar di Filipina yang
merupakan entitas anak dari First Gen
Corporation, untuk mengembangkan proyek
panas bumi. Inisiatif ini mencerminkan
penguatan portofolio bisnis Perseroan di
bidang energi baru terbarukan

Does the Company have plans to perform
corporate actions in the near future, including
corporate plans that will affect the listing of the
Company's shares on the Stock Exchange (at
least in the next 3 months)?

Answer:
The Company and/or its subsidiaries currently
have several corporate action plans and have
disclosed information in relation to such
corporate actions, which are scheduled to be
implemented within the next 3 (three) months,
including, among others, the following:

- the implementation of Stock Split of the
Company with a ratio of 1:25, as previously
disclosed in the Company's information
disclosure on January 30, 2026, and which has
obtained approval from the shareholders of
the Company at the Extraordinary General
Meeting of Shareholders held on March 11,
2026

the merger of PT Eka Mas Republik, with the
trademark MyRepublic, with PT Mora
Telematika Indonesia Tbk (“MORA”) as
previously disclosed through the Company's
information disclosure on December 18,
2026. The Extraordinary General Meeting of
Shareholders of MORA Rhas egarding the
proposed merger has been held on March 26,
2026, officially approved the proposed
merger

In addition, the Company will also follow up on
the strategic initiatives that have been explored
to provide positive contribution to the
Company's performance in the future. The
strategic initiatives that have been undertaken
include, among others, the following:

- through its subsidiary, has successfully won
the auction for the 1.4 GHz freguency spectrum
organized by the Ministry of Communication
and Digital Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia,
covering two regions, namely Regional 2
(Sumatra, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara) and
Regional 3 (Kalimantan and Sulawesi)

through its subsidiary, has formally entered
into a strategic partnership with PT FirstGen
Geothermal Indonesia, a subsidiary of Energy
Development Corporation—the largest
renewable energy producer in the Philippines,
which is a subsidiary of First Gen Corporation —
for the development of geothermal projects.
This initiative reflects the strengthening of the
Company's business portfolio in the new and
renewable energy sector
