                                            (OJK) No. 31/POJK.04/2015 tentang Keterbukaan atas
                                            Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten atau Perusahaan
                                            Publik, dengan ini kami, PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (Perseroan)
                                            sampaikan bahwa telah dilaksanakan peningkatan investasi
                                            Perseroan pada Asia Venture Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd., suatu
                                            perusahaan yang didirikan berdasarkan hukum Singapura
                                            (AVCH), melalui pengalihan saham milik Meranti Global
                                            Investment Pte. Ltd., suatu perusahaan yang didirikan
                                            berdasarkan hukum Singapura (Meranti) kepada Perseroan
                                            berdasarkan Share Transfer Form antara Perseroan dengan
                                            Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd. tanggal 26 Maret 2026
                                            (Transaksi).

                                            Transaksi dilaksanakan dengan ketentuan-ketentuan sebagai
                                            berikut:

                                            Pengalihan saham milik Meranti di dalam AVCH kepada
                                            Perseroan sebanyak 97.842 lembar saham dengan total nilai
                                            $6.577.067,17 Dollar Amerika (atau setara dengan Rp
                                            111.185.320.509 - menggunakan kurs tengah BI Rate pada
                                            tanggal 26 Maret 2026 sebesar Rp 16.905) dengan
                                            pembayaran yang dilakukan dalam 2 (dua) tahap.

                                            (i)       Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd; dan
                                            (ii)      PT Pyridam Farma Tbk

                                            (d)     Penjelasan Transaksi
                                            Pembelian saham milik Meranti di dalam AVCH oleh
                                            Perseroan dilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan nilai investasi
                                            Perseroan pada AVCH menjadi 35,54%.

                                               (Company) hereby inform that the Company has increased its
                                               investment in Asia Venture Capital Holdings Pte. Ltd., a
                                               company incorporated under Singapore law (AVCH), through
                                               the transfer of shares owned by Meranti Global Investment
                                               Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated under Singapore law
                                               (Meranti) to the Company based on the Share Transfer Form
                                               between the Company and Meranti Global Investment Pte.
                                               Ltd. dated March 26, 2026 (Transaction).

                                               The Transaction is executed under the following terms:

                                               (a) Transaction Date
                                               March 26, 2026

                                               (b) Transaction Object and Value
                                               The transfer of 97,842 shares of Meranti's shares in AVCH to
                                               the Company with a total value of US$6,577,067.17 (or
                                               equivalent to IDR 111.185.320.509 - using BI Rate middle rate
                                               on March 26, 2026 of IDR 16,905) with payments made in 2
                                               (two) stages.

                                               (c) Names of Parties Entering into the Transaction
                                               (i)     Meranti Global Investment Pte. Ltd; and
                                               (ii)    PT Pyridam Farma Tbk

                                               (d) Transaction Description
                                               The purchase of Meranti's shares in AVCH by the Company
                                               was carried out to increase the value of the Company's
                                               investment in AVCH to 35.54%.
