Penyebab perubahan total aset Penurunan total aset Perseroan sebesar 246 pada laporan posisi keuangan konsolidasian interim tanggal 30 September 2023 (AS$232.532.311) dibandingkan dengan periode 31 Desember 2022 (AS$306.547.771) — dikarenakan adanya penurunan investasi jangka pendek sebesar AS$57.969.562 yang merupakan penurunan deposito Perseroan untuk pembayaran deviden. Serta juga adanya penurunan Investasi pada Ventura Bersama sebesar AS$12.373.053 yang disebabkan adanya pelepasan Investasi pada Ventura Bersama Perusahaan. PT. MITRABARA ADIPERDANA, Tbk. Sudirman Kav 52 -53 Jakarta 12190 Up: Kepala Divisi Penilaian Perusahaan Group I Dear Sir/Madam, In accordance with the Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation I.E provision 1I1.1.4. on Submission of Changes in the Company's Total Assets and or Total Liabilities of more than 204 in the September 30", 2023 in the Interim Consolidated Financial Statements compared to the December 31, 2022 Consolidated Audited Financial Statements, we hereby submit a written explanation regarding this matter. 1. Causes of changes in total assets The decrement in the Company's total assets by 249 in the interim consolidated statement of financial position “as of September 30, 2023 (US$232,532,311) compared to the period as of December 31, 2022 (US$306,547,771) was due to decline in short-term investments-eguivalents to US$57,969,562 which was represent decrement of Company's bank short-term deposits due to dividend payments. Also decrease in Investment in Joint Venture amounted AS$12,373,053 due to divestment of Company's Investment in Joint Ventures. "T. (62-21) 6385 6211 - F. 2. Penyebab perubahan total liabilitas Penurunan total liabilitas Perseroan sebesar 3494 pada posisi keuangan konsolidasian interim tanggal 30 September 2023 (AS$37.147.057) dibandingkan dengan periode 31 Desember 2022 (AS$56.282.011) dikarenakan adanya penurunan biaya yang masih harus di bayar sebesar AS$9.371.599 yang merupakan efek penurunan biaya kontraktor, serta penurunan utang pajak sebesar AS$8.524.137 seiring dengan menurunnya laba sebelum pajak tahun berjalan. Dampak perubahan tersebut terhadap kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada periode berjalan Tidak terdapat dampak yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan Perseroan pada periode berjalan selain yang telah dijelaskan di atas serta pengungkapan pada laporan keuangan konsolidasian interim Perseroan. 2. Causes of changes in total liabilities The decrement in the Company's total liabilities of 3496 in the interim consolidated statement of financial position as of September 30, 2023 (US$37,147,057) compared to the period as of December 31, 2022 (US$56,282,011) was due to decline in accrued expenses amounted US$9,371,599 as the effect of decrease in the contractor fee, and also decline in tax payable of US$8,524,137 which was inline with decrease in the profit before tax in current year. The impact of these changes on the Company's financial performance in the current period There was no significant impact on the Company's financial performance in the current period except those explained above and also the disclosure on Company's interim consolidated financial Statements.
