Notice on the Exclusion of Subsidiary Financial Statements from
the Consolidated Financial Statements of PT Pan Brothers Tbk
Dikarenakan PT Pan Brothers Tbk (“Perseroan”) saat ini tidak
lagi memiliki akses yang cukup material terhadap data atau
informasi keuangan dan juga terhadap jalannya operasional anak
perusahaan, yakni PT Teodore Pan Garmindo dan PT Victory
Pan Multitex, dengan demikian Perseroan pada Laporan
Keuangan Konsolidasi Kwartal 3 tahun 2023 tidak lagi melakukan
konsolidasi Laporan Keuangan PT Teodore Pan Garmindo dan
PT Victory Pan Multitex.
Due to the lack of material access to financial data and
information, as well as the operations of its subsidiaries, namely
PT Teodore Pan Garmindo and PT Victory Pan Multitex,
therefore PT Pan Brothers Tbk ("the Company") will no longer
consolidate the financial statements of PT Teodore Pan
Garmindo and PT Victory Pan Multitex for the Guarter 3 of 2023. 1
