penyertaan saham dalam Carbon Resources Alliance ApS
yang merupakan Perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang
investasi, sebanyak 2.016.000 saham. Nilai transaksi dari
penyertaan tersebut adalah sebesar Rp.4,55miliar.
Dari hasil penyertaan saham tersebut, Perseroan menjadi
pemilik saham mayoritas sebesar 60%.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak terdapat dampak apapun terhadap operasional
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Perseroan
