informasi dari keluarga bahwa Bapak Adriansyah, selaku
Anggota Komite Audit Perseroan, telah meninggal dunia pada
tanggal 11 Maret 2026.
Perseroan akan memenuhi ketentuan peraturan perundang-
undangan dan POJK yang berlaku terkait komposisi Komite
Audit dan akan menyampaikan informasi lebih lanjut kepada
regulator sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku.
