Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Unit Bisnis Distribusi Tetap Menjadi Kontributor Utama

Jakarta, 26 Maret 2026, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk MTDL
membukukan pendapatan Rp 27,2 triliun pada 2025. Di
tengah tekanan ekonomi dan pelemahan nilai tukar rupiah,
perusahaan penyedia solusi terpadu untuk produk dan solusi
Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi TIK, mulai dari perangkat
seperti ponsel pintar hingga solusi perusahaan berbasis cloud,
berbasis data, dan berbasis AI ini berhasil mencatatkan
pertumbuhan pendapatan sebesar 8,1% dibandingkan tahun
sebelumnya.
Dari pendapatan tersebut, Perseroan berhasil meraih laba
bersih konsolidasi sebesar Rp 814,0 miliar atau tumbuh 10,0%
dari tahun sebelumnya. Perolehan laba bersih konsolidasi ini
mencerminkan ketahanan kinerja dan efektivitas strategi bisnis
Perseroan.
Kemampuan Perseroan dalam menjaga stabilitas penjualan
PC dan notebook menjadi salah satu faktor kunci yang
mendukung kinerja di tengah melemahnya daya beli dan
pengetatan belanja pemerintah, seiring dengan strategi
diversifikasi produk serta penguatan layanan pada segmen
solusi dan konsultasi yang turut mendorong pengembangan
bisnis secara berkelanjutan, ujar Presiden Direktur MTDL,
Susanto Djaja.
Dari berbagai jenis usaha yang digeluti Perseroan, unit bisnis
Distribusi tetap menjadi kontributor utama pendapatan.
Penerapan strategi diversifikasi produk telah mengantarkan
unit bisnis Distribusi meraih pertumbuhan penjualan hingga
9,0% dari tahun sebelumnya. Dimana penjualan segmen
Smartphone tumbuh signifikan sebesar 24,6% dan segmen
komersial meningkat 7,2%.
Sementara itu, unit Solusi dan Konsultasi Digital terus
menunjukkan peningkatan kualitas pertumbuhan. Penjualan
unit ini meningkat 4,5% dengan perolehan laba bersih naik
hingga 12,0%. Meningkatnya permintaan pada layanan
berbasis teknologi, khususnya Cloud, Hybrid infrastructure,
Cybersecurity merupakan faktor utama pendukung
pertumbuhan bisnis solusi milik Perseroan.
Di sisi lain, model bisnis berbasis subscription berlangganan
pada unit solusi dan konsultasi menjadi kunci kemampuan
Perseroan menjaga stabilitas perolehan dari recurring income
alias pendapatan berulang. Sementara seiring berlanjutnya
kebutuhan transformasi digital di berbagai sektor, perolehan
order pada unit solusi dan konsultasi telah mulai menunjukkan
tren pemulihan.
Keberhasilan melalui tantangan kondisi makro tahun 2025 ini
membuat kami semakin optimis dalam upaya memperkuat
posisi Perseroan sebagai digital solution provider dan dalam
upaya meraih target menjadi perusahaan TIK terbesar di
Indonesia, tutup Susanto.

Description of Material Information or Distribution Business Unit Remains the Major Contributor to
Facts Revenue
Jakarta, March 26th 2026, PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk
MTDL posted revenue of IDR 27.2 trillion in 2025. Amid
economic pressures and the weakening rupiah exchange rate,
the Company providing integrated solutions for Information
and Communication Technology ICT products and solutions,
ranging from devices such as smartphones to cloud based,
data-driven, and AI based enterprise solutions, managed to
record revenue growth of 8.1% compared to the previous year.
From this revenue, the Company achieved a consolidated net
profit of IDR 814.0 billion, representing a 10.0% increase from
the previous year. This consolidated net profit reflects the
resilience of the Companys performance and the effectiveness
of its business strategy.
The Companys ability to maintain stable sales of PCs and
notebooks has been a key factor supporting its performance
amid weakening purchasing power and tighter government
spending, alongside a product diversification strategy and
enhanced services in the solutions and consulting segments,
which have also driven sustainable business growth, said
MTDL President Director Susanto Djaja.
Of the Companys various businesses, the Distribution
business unit remains the key contributor to revenue. The
implementation of a product diversification strategy has led the
Distribution business unit to achieve sales growth of up to
9.0% year-on-year. Smartphone segment sales grew
significantly by 24.6%, while the commercial segment
increased by 7.2%.
Meanwhile, the Digital Solutions and Consulting unit continued
to demonstrate improved growth quality. Sales for this unit
increased 4.5%, with net profit rising 12.0%. The increasing
demand for technology based services, particularly Cloud,
Hybrid infrastructure, and Cybersecurity, is a key factor
supporting the growth of the Companys solutions business.
On the other hand, the subscription-based business model in
the solutions and consulting unit is key to the Companys ability
to maintain stable recurring income. Meanwhile, as the need
for digital transformation continues across various sectors,
order volume in the solutions and consulting unit has begun to
show a recovery trend.
Successfully navigating the challenges of the macroeconomic
environment in 2025 makes us even more optimistic in
strengthening the Companys position as a digital solutions
provider and in achieving our goal of becoming the largest ICT
company in Indonesia, Susanto concluded.
