SK.26.7.022/FHS/DIR tertanggal 10 Juli 2026 dan
akan berlaku efektif 1 (satu) bulan sejak tanggal yang
ditetapkan tersebut.

Number 35/POJK.04/2014 regarding The
Corporate Secretary of Issuer or Public

2. Decree of the Board of Directors of Indonesia
Stock Exchange No.: Kep-00087/BEI/12-
2025 dated 12 December 2025 regarding
Rule Number I-E on Obligation of Information
Disclosure,

hereby PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk (the
“Company') submits a notification of the change
in the Company's Corporate Secretary, which
was previously held by Mrs. Farida Helianti
Sastrosatomo and shall henceforth be held by
Mrs. Idaman Putri Erwin.

This change of Corporate Secretary of the
Company is stipulated pursuant to the Board of
Directors Decision No. SK.26.7.022/FHS/DIR
dated 10 July 2026 and shall be effective 1 (one)
month from the stipulated date.
