• Total Assets more than doubled to almost USD 12.4 billion, reflecting a significantly stronger balance sheet and expanded operating
scale following the Group’s strategic acquisitions and investments.
• Net Revenues surged to USD 7.0 billion, nearly four times higher year-on-year, driven by the addition of the refinery and chemical
segments from acquisition of ACE and APS, as well as logistics and renewable energy expansion.

Forging Future Paths: Chandra Asri Group Opens Growth Opportunities For
Young Generation Through GDP
As Chandra Asri Group's business expands, the need for adaptive and visionary
future leaders is increasingly becoming a priority. To meet this need, the
Company is launching the Graduate Development Program (GDP) as a strategic
initiative to forge these future leaders. The program targets Indonesian fresh
graduates with outstanding academic records, with the inaugural recruitment
process set to open in the first half of 2026. This initiative represents the
Company's long-term investment in developing talent equipped with technical
capabilities, strong character, and the leadership skills needed to navigate
industry dynamics.
Supporting Growth Strategy, KKR Provides USD 750 Million Financing Solution
for Chandra Asri Group
The transformation journey we began on in 2024 has entered an important
phase. To strengthen this growth strategy, we have secured a dedicated
financing facility of USD 750 million from KKR, funded through KKR Capital
Markets and supported by KKR’s private credit and insurance platforms. We will
use this support to drive our expansion agenda, including the acquisition of
ExxonMobil’s Esso-branded service station network in Singapore. This step is part
of our ambition to build a more connected energy infrastructure ecosystem in the
region.
Promoting Circular Economy Practices, Chandra Asri Group Wins ICEA 2025
Award
Chandra Asri Group continues to promote sustainability practices through the
application of circularity concepts, from energy efficiency through Steam to Flare
Optimization to the large-scale implementation of a circular economy through
the Plastic Asphalt program. These initiatives including the recycling of 144.8
million plastic bags into 120.8 kilometers of roads led to the Company winning
two awards at the Indonesia Circular Economy Awards (ICEA) 2025.

Advancing Corporate Sustainability
Chandra Asri Group continues to consistently implement sustainability programs

CALIBER & Circle of Beauty Programs Win Awards at The Indonesia PR of the
Year 2025
Chandra Asri Group received two awards from SWA Media, namely the Creative
Corporate Reputation Program award for the CALIBER 2024 program with an
Excellent rating, and the ESG Campaign Program award for the #CircleOfBeauty
2024 program with a Good rating. Indonesia PR of The Year 2025 was held for
the 18th time by MIX Marcomm Magazine as a form of appreciation for

Energy Efficiency Innovations Lead Chandra Asri Group to Win the 2025
National Energy Efficiency Award
As a result of implementing energy efficiency initiatives across its operational
facilities, Chandra Asri Group received the 2025 National Energy Efficiency Award
(PEEN) in the Sub-Category of Special Innovation in Energy Management in
Industry. The award, presented by the Directorate General of New, Renewable
Energy and Energy Conservation (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral
Resources (ESDM), recognizes the Company’s application of technologies that
have delivered measurable energy savings, reduced emissions, and improved
plant reliability.
