Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi
sehubungan dengan kewajiban perusahaan tercatat untuk
memberikan penjelasan apabila terdapat perubahan lebih dari
20Y6 pada pos jumlah aset dan/atau jumlah liabilitas pada
laporan keuangan interim atau laporan keuangan auditan
tahunan periode tahun buku berjalan dibandingkan laporan
keuangan auditan tahunan terakhir, dengan ini kami
menyampaikan penjelasan atas perubahan jumlah aset dan
liabilitas pada Laporan Keuangan Interim Konsolidasian
Tanggal 30 September 2023 dan untuk Periode Sembilan
Bulan yang Berakhir pada Tanggal Tersebut (Tidak Diaudit)
Perseroan dan Entitas Anaknya, sebagai berikut:

Jumlah aset konsolidasian per tanggal 30 September 2023
tercatat sebesar US$ 152.674 ribu, mengalami penurunan
sebesar 20,6Yc atau sebesar US$ 39.550 ribu dibandingkan
jumlah aset konsolidasian yang tercatat per tanggal 31
Desember 2022 sebesar US$ 192.224 ribu.

Penurunan atas jumlah aset tersebut di atas dikarenakan
penurunan pada akun persediaan yang disebabkan karena
adanya proses pemeliharaan terencana yang menyeluruh di
pabrik Entitas Anak dari Perseroan selama bulan September
tahun 2023 yang mengakibatkan proses produksi terhenti.
Selain itu, penurunan juga terjadi pada pos Kas dan Setara
Kas dan Investasi Jangka Pendek (deposito berjangka) terkait
dengan arus kas pembayaran utang usaha (seiring dengan
penurunan saldo utang usaha).

Jumlah liabilitas konsolidasian per tanggal 30 September 2023
tercatat sebesar US$ 42.262 ribu, mengalami penurunan
sebesar 50,1X atau sebesar US$ 42.473 ribu dibandingkan
jumlah liabilitas konsolidasian yang tercatat per tanggal 31
Desember 2022 sebesar US$ 84.735 ribu.

Penurunan atas jumlah liabilitas tersebut di atas terjadi
terutama dari penurunan Utang Usaha — Pihak Berelasi yang
terutama terdiri dari utang atas pembelian bahan baku per 30
September 2023 dibandingkan dengan saldo per 31
Desember 2022.

Referring to provision II.1.1.4. of the Attachment to Decree
Letter of Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No.
Kep-00066/BE1/09-2022 dated September 30", 2022
Regarding Amendment to the Regulation Number I-£
conceming Obligation of Submission of Information in
relation to the obligation of the listed company to provide
explanation if there is change of more than 204 in the post
Of total assets and/or total liabilities in the current period
interim financial statements or annual audited financial
statements compared to the latest annual audited financial
statements, hereby we convey the explanation of changes
to the total assets and liabilities in the Interim Consolidated
Financial Statements as of September 30", 2023 and forthe
Nine-Month Period then Ended (Unaudited) of the Company
and Its Subsidiary, as follows:

Total consolidated assets as per September 30”, 2023 were
recorded at USD 152,674 thousand, decreased by 20.64 or
amounting to USD 39,550 thousand compared fto total
consolidated assets which were recorded as per December
315, 2022 amounting to USD 192,224 thousand.

Decrease in fotal assets mentioned above occurred due to
decrease in inventories account caused by comprehensive
scheduled maintenance process on the Subsidiary's plant of
the Company during September of 2023 which caused the
production process to cease. Besides, the decrease
occurred also in the post of Cash and Cash Eguivalents and
Short-term Investment (time deposit) with regard to cash
flow for trade payable payment (aligned with decrease in
trade accounts payable balance).

Total consolidated liabilities as per September 30", 2023
were recorded at USD 42,262 thousand, decreased by
50.144 or amounting to USD 42,473 thousand compared to
total consolidated liabilities which were recorded as per
December 3154, 2022 amounting to USD 84,735 thousand.

Decrease in total liabiliies mentioned above occurred
mostly due to decrease in Trade Accounts Payable - Related
Party which mainly consisted of debt for the purchase of
feedstocks as per September 30”, 2023 compared to the
balance as per December 315, 2022.
