Project 3. | Uraian informasi atau Fakta Material lainnya yang relevan/ Details of information or other relevant Material Fact: Pada tanggal 2 Maret 2026, Konsorsium Petrosea-ETI-Nindya, suatu konsorsium yang didirikan oleh Perseroan bersama dengan PT Enviromate Technology International dan PT Nindya Karya (Persero) (yang selanjutnya disebut sebagai “Konsorsium”), telah menandatangani kontrak Onshore LNG Perimeter Construction Works dengan INPEX Masela LTD. untuk proyek yang berlokasi di Lapangan Abadi, Blok Masela, Kepulauan Tanimbar, Maluku. Estimasi nilai kontrak adalah sebesar Rp 989.177.792.722 dan estimasi jangka waktu 36 bulan dengan. Dimana nilai partisipasi Perseroan di dalam Konsorsium tersebut adalah sebesar 3696. Ruang lingkup dari pekerjaan adalah termasuk namun tidak terbatas pada: a. Ruang lingkup utama: Community relations & workforce development, material procurement, field engineering, survei UXO, perimeter Jence & gate, public expansion road, diversion road (termasuk street lighting & existing power line relocation). On 2 March 2026, a Consortium Petrosea-ETI-Nindya, a consortium that establish by the Company together with PT Enviromate Technology International and PT Nindya Karya (Persero) (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Consortium”) signed a contract for the Onshore LNG Perimeter Construction Works with INPEX Masela LTD. for a project located at the Abadi Field, Masela Block, Tanimbar Islands, Maluku. The estimated contract value is approximately Rp989,177,792,722 and estimated project duration is 36 months. The Company's shares participation in the Consortium is 3696. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: a. Main scope of work: community relations and workforce development, material procurement, field engineering, UXO survey, construction of perimeter fences and gates, public expansion roads, and diversion roads (including street lighting and relocation of existing power lines). $ V
