Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Berdasarkan ketentuan pada Tranche A & Tranche B
Perjanjian Perdamaian yang telah disahkan oleh Majelis
Hakim pada Pengadilan Niaga pada Pengadilan Negeri
Jakarta Pusat dengan nomor perkara No. 497/Pdt.Sus-
PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst tertanggal 28 Juni 2022 yang
telah berkekuatan hukum tetap dan berlaku efektif sejak
tanggal 20 September 2022 sesuai Putusan Mahkamah Agung
Republik Indonesia No.1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 (Perjanjian
Perdamaian), WSBP telah melakukan pembayaran CFADS
Tahap VII sebesar Rp106.779.484.352,- (seratus enam miliar
tujuh ratus tujuh puluh sembilan juta empat ratus delapan
puluh empat ribu tiga ratus lima puluh dua rupiah) pada
tanggal 25 Maret 2026 dengan rincian sebagai berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp3.266.064.567,- (tiga miliar dua ratus enam
puluh enam juta enam puluh empat ribu lima ratus enam puluh
tujuh rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran kupon Obligasi
Waskita Beton Precast I dan II Tahun 2022;
2. Sebesar Rp36.264.210.160,- (tiga puluh enam miliar dua
ratus enam puluh empat juta dua ratus sepuluh ribu seratus
enam puluh rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran bunga
kepada Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan);
3. Sebesar Rp67.249.209.625,- (enam puluh tujuh miliar dua
ratus empat puluh sembilan juta dua ratus sembilan ribu enam
ratus dua puluh lima rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran
CFADS Tahap VII kepada Kreditur Dagang (Kreditur Dagang
Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang Terdahulu).
Dalam pembayaran CFADS Tahap VII juga terdapat alokasi
atas dana hasil lelang aset Perseroan (asset disposal) yang
telah dijalankan pada tanggal 13 Februari 2026. Adapun dana
yang dialokasikan sebesar Rp2.439.601.632,- (dua miliar
empat ratus tiga puluh sembilan juta enam ratus satu ribu
enam ratus tiga puluh dua rupiah) dengan detail sebagai
berikut:
1. Sebesar Rp1.976.417.733,- (satu miliar sembilan ratus tujuh
puluh enam juta empat ratus tujuh belas ribu tujuh ratus tiga
puluh tiga rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran pokok kepada
Kreditur Finansial (Perbankan) yang telah dibayarkan pada 25
Maret 2026;
2. Sebesar Rp220.345.438,- (dua ratus dua puluh juta tiga
ratus empat puluh lima ribu empat ratus tiga puluh delapan
rupiah) merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada Kreditur
Dagang (Kreditur Dagang Aktif dan Kreditur Dagang
Terdahulu) yang telah dibayarkan pada 25 Maret 2026;
3. Sebesar Rp178.214.306,- (seratus tujuh puluh delapan juta
dua ratus empat belas ribu tiga ratus enam rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran pokok Obligasi Waskita Beton
Precast I dan II Tahun 2022 (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan
masuk ke dalam sinking fund);
4. Sebesar Rp64.624.155,- (enam puluh empat juta enam
ratus dua puluh empat ribu seratus lima puluh lima rupiah)
merupakan porsi pembayaran kepada PT Bank DKI selaku
Kreditur Finansial Lainnya (Belum dilakukan distribusi dan
masuk ke dalam sinking fund).
Sehingga total CFADS Tahap VII Perseroan adalah sebesar
Rp109.219.085.984 (seratus sembilan miliar dua ratus
sembilan belas juta delapan puluh lima ribu sembilan ratus
delapan puluh empat rupiah).
WSBP akan melaksanakan pembayaran CFADS tahap
berikutnya pada tanggal 25 September 2026.

Description of Material Information or Based on the provisions under Tranche A & Tranche B of the
Facts Composition Plan approved by the Panel of Judges at the
Commercial Court of the Central Jakarta District Court under
case number No. 497/Pdt.Sus-PKPU/2021/PN.Niaga.Jkt.Pst
dated June 28, 2022, which has obtained permanent legal
force and has been effective since September 20, 2022 in
accordance with the Decision of the Supreme Court of the
Republic of Indonesia No. 1455 K/Pdt.Sus-Pailit/2022 (the
Composition Plan), WSBP has carried out the Phase VII
CFADS payment amounting to Rp106,779,484,352 (one
hundred six billion seven hundred seventy-nine million four
hundred eighty-four thousand three hundred fifty-two rupiah)
on March 25, 2026, with the following details:
1. Amounting to Rp3,266,064,567 (three billion two hundred
sixty-six million sixty-four thousand five hundred sixty-seven
rupiah), representing coupon payments for Waskita Beton
Precast Bonds I and II Year 2022;
2. Amounting to Rp36,264,210,160 (thirty-six billion two
hundred sixty-four million two hundred ten thousand one
hundred sixty rupiah), representing interest payments to
Financial Creditors (Banking);
3. Amounting to Rp67,249,209,625 (sixty-seven billion two
hundred forty-nine million two hundred nine thousand six
hundred twenty-five rupiah), representing Phase VII CFADS
payments to Trade Creditors (Active Trade Creditors and
Previous Trade Creditors).
In the Phase VII CFADS payment, there is also an allocation of
funds from the Companys asset auction (asset disposal)
conducted on February 13, 2026. The allocated funds amount
to Rp2,439,601,632 (two billion four hundred thirty-nine million
six hundred one thousand six hundred thirty-two rupiah), with
the following details:
1. Amounting to Rp1,976,417,733 (one billion nine hundred
seventy-six million four hundred seventeen thousand seven
hundred thirty-three rupiah), representing the principal
payment portion to Financial Creditors (Banking), which has
been paid on March 25, 2026;
2. Amounting to Rp220,345,438 (two hundred twenty million
three hundred forty-five thousand four hundred thirty-eight
rupiah), representing the payment portion to Trade Creditors
(Active and Previous Trade Creditors), which has been paid on
March 25, 2026;
3. Amounting to Rp178,214,306 (one hundred seventy-eight
million two hundred fourteen thousand three hundred six
rupiah), representing the principal payment portion for Waskita
Beton Precast Bonds I and II Year 2022 (not yet distributed
and placed in a sinking fund);
4. Amounting to Rp64,624,155 (sixty-four million six hundred
twenty-four thousand one hundred fifty-five rupiah),
representing the payment portion to PT Bank DKI as Other
Financial Creditor (not yet distributed and placed in a sinking
fund).
Thus, the Companys total Phase VII CFADS amounts to
Rp109,219,085,984 (one hundred nine billion two hundred
nineteen million eighty-five thousand nine hundred eighty-four
rupiah).
WSBP will carry out the next CFADS payment phase on
September 25, 2026.
