Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 31 Oktober 2023 - Jatis Mobile (JATI) berkolaborasi
dengan OpenBank+, sebagai penyedia sistem platform yang
menyediakan produk dan layanan bekerjasama dengan bank
umum dan penyedia layanan pihak ketiga, dengan
memanfaatkan konsep open banking dan teknologi open API
yang tersedia, dalam mendukung kepemilikan electric vehicle
Tangkas melalui program pembiayaan kredit ringan. Sinergi
yang dilakukan merupakan dukungan OpenBank+ terhadap
perwujudan program pemerintah untuk mengakselerasi transisi
kendaraan berbahan bakar fosil ke kendaraan listrik ramah
lingkungan di Indonesia. Kolaborasi ini melengkapi lebih dari
124 klien korporasi yang sudah memberikan kepercayaan
kepada Jatis Mobile (JATI) di sepanjang tahun 2023 dan
semakin memantapkan dalam memposisikan diri sebagai
Digital Distribution Company di Indonesia, dengan memiliki
captive market lebih dari 500 klien korporasi dan lebih dari
12.000 SMB (Small Medium Business).
CEO OpenBank+, Myoung Jun Lee mengatakan Kolaborasi
dengan Jatis Mobile ini tidak hanya mendukung inisiatif
pemerintah untuk lingkungan yang lebih bersih dan lebih hijau,
tetapi juga menunjukkan komitmen kami dalam menyediakan
solusi keuangan inovatif yang dapat memberikan dampak
positif bagi masyarakat melalui program cicilan dalam
kepemilikan kendaraan listrik merk Tangkas yang nantinya
disediakan oleh BPR (Badan Perkreditan Rakyat) yang
menjadi mitra OpenBank+ di seluruh Indonesia.
Kolaborasi ini dilakukan untuk memudahkan kepemilikan
motor listrik bagi masyarakat luas, khususnya bagi para
nasabah maupun mitra bisnis BPR (Badan Perkreditan
Rakyat) yang telah bergabung dalam mitra OpenBank+ di
seluruh Indonesia melalui program kredit kepemilikan
kendaraan listirk dengan berbagai pilihan skema tenor,
dengan proses yang cepat dan mudah, serta bunga bersaing.
Tangkas merupakan merek kendaraan listrik dalam negeri
yang telah resmi diluncurkan sejak tahun 2022. Sepanjang
produksinya, Tangkas senantiasa mengedepankan kualitas
produk. Seluruh unit sepeda listrik dan motor listrik Tangkas
dipastikan telah bersertifikat dan legal untuk digunakan di jalan
raya. Dalam kepemilikan electric vehicle Tangkas ini,
masyarakat dimanjakan dengan 1 tahun garansi meliputi part
motor power/dinamo, kontroler dan baterai dan garansi
frame/rangka 3 tahun. Saat ini Tangkas telah menyediakan
One Hotline Whatsapp (WA) 081220009001 untuk layanan
servis ke rumah, untuk memudahkan para pelanggan
mendapatkan layanan Tangkas yang terbaik.
Direktur Komersial Jatis Mobile (JATI), Sri Bagus Wisadharna
menambahkan Jatis Mobile sebagai distributor digital
kendaraan listrik merk Tangkas, sangat senang bisa
berkolaborasi dengan OpenBank+ dalam percepatan
penyaluran distribusi kendaraan listrik merk Tangkas. Ini
menunjukan bahwa berbagai pihak sudah bersama-sama
berkomitmen dalam memberikan kemudahan akses

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 31 October 2023 - Jatis Mobile (JATI) collaborates
Facts with OpenBank+ as a platform system provider that provides
products and services in collaboration with commercial banks
and third-party service providers by utilizing the open banking
concept and available open API technology in supporting
Tangkas electric vehicle ownership through a light credit
financing program. The synergy carried out is OpenBank+'s
support for the realization of government programs to
accelerate the transition of fossil fuel vehicles to
environmentally friendly electric vehicles in Indonesia. This
collaboration complements more than 124 corporate clients
who have given their trust to Jatis Mobile (JATI) throughout
2023. Further, it strengthened in positioning itself as a Digital
Distribution Company in Indonesia by having a captive market
of more than 500 corporate clients and more than 12,000 SMB
(Small Medium Business).
OpenBank+ CEO Myoung Jun Lee said This collaboration with
Jatis Mobile not only supports the government's initiatives for a
cleaner and greener environment but also shows our
commitment to providing innovative financial solutions that can
have a positive impact on society through an installment
program in the ownership of Tangkas brand electric vehicles
which will be provided by BPR (People's Credit Agency) which
is OpenBank+'s partner throughout Indonesia.
This collaboration is carried out to facilitate ownership of
electric motorcycles for the wider community, especially for
customers and business partners of BPR (People's Credit
Agency) who have joined OpenBank+ partners throughout
Indonesia through electric vehicle ownership credit programs
with a wide selection of tenor schemes, with a fast and easy
process, and competitive interest.
Tangkas is a domestic electric vehicle brand that has been
officially launched since 2022. Throughout its production,
Tangkas always prioritizes product quality. All units of Tangkas
electric bicycles and electric motorcycles are confirmed to be
certified and legal for use on the highway. In this Tangkas
electric vehicle ownership, people are spoiled with a 1-year
warranty, including motor power/dynamo parts, controllers and
batteries and a 3-year frame/frame warranty. Currently,
Tangkas has provided One Hotline Whatsapp (WA)
081220009001 for home service services to make it easier for
customers to get the best Tangkas service.
Commercial Director of Jatis Mobile (JATI), Sri Bagus
Wisadharna, added Jatis Mobile as a digital distributor of
electric vehicles of the Agile brand, is very pleased to
collaborate with OpenBank+ in accelerating the distribution of
electric vehicles of the Agile brand. This shows that various

addition to continuing to innovate in providing environmentally
