LIPPO KARANG Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Description of Material Information or Facts Perseroan dengan ini memberitahukan bahwa pada hari Minggu tanggal 29 Oktober 2023, telah meninggal dunia Ibu Maria Clarissa Joesoep, selaku Direktur Perseroan. Keterbukaan informasi ini dilakukan merujuk pada ketentuan Peraturan OJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik. Ketentuan terkait susunan anggota Direksi Perseroan akan mengikuti Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan peraturan perundangan yang berlaku. The Company hereby notifies that on Sunday 29 October 2023, Mrs. Maria Clarissa Joesoep, as the Director of the Company, has passed away. This disclosure is conveyed pursuant to OJK Regulation No. 33/POJK.04/2014 regarding Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners of Issuer or Public Company. The stipulation regarding the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company will follow the Articles of Association of the Company and prevailing regulations.
