Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dengan ini Perseroan melampirkan Laporan Keuangan Q3
secara Manual terlebih dahulu untuk mengatisipasi error yang
terjadi pada server IDXnet di bagian form XBRL dari Jam 8-14
WIB dimana proses validasi terakhir perseroan tidak dapat
diklik lebih lanjut dan menu di XBRL mengalami buffering
disetiap perpindahan menu. Dari maka itu Perseroan
melampirkan Via E-019 dahulu berdasarkan anjuran dari PIC
BEI.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Informasi Fakta Material tersebut tidak berdampak masif, akan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tetapi Perseroan berusaha untuk mengupload XBRL tersebut
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, agar tetap tepat waktu dengan PEOJK.

the Company attached Via E-019 first based on the
recommendation from the IDX PIC.
