Berdasarkan Laporan Keuangan Interim yang Belum Diaudit pada tanggal dan untuk periode yang berakhir pada tanggal 30 September 2023, total aset Perseroan adalah US$1.871.762.819 atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 65,696 jika dibandingkan dengan total aset 31 Desember 2022 yang sebesar US$1.130.280.124. Kemudian, total liabilitas per 30 September 2023 adalah sebesar US$1.155.116.012 atau mengalami kenaikan sebesar 94,44 jika dibandingkan dengan total liabilitas per 31 Desember 2022 yang sebesar US$594.071.261. PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk "the Company") Dear Sir/Madam, With reference to Indonesian Stock Exchange Regulation No. 1-E regarding the Obligation to Provide Information and based on the Decision of the Board of Directors of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00015/BEI/01-2021 regarding the Amendment to Regulation No. 1-E concerning the Obligation to Provide Information dated January 29, 2021, we hereby provide an explanation of changes exceeding 20 in Total Assets and/or Total Liabilities in the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending on September 30, 2023. According to the Unaudited Interim Financial Statements as of and for the period ending on September 30, 2023, the total assets of the Company amounted to US$1,871,762,819 or a 65.646 increase compared to the total assets of US$1,130,280,124 as of December 31, 2022. Furthermore, the total liabilities as of September 30, 2023 amounted to US$1,155,116,012, representing a 94.4Y increase compared to the total liabilities of US$594,071,261 as of December 31, 2022. Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Peningkatan total aset dan/atau total liabilitas Perseroan disebabkan terutama oleh proses akuisisi dan konsolidasi Entitas Anak Perseroan yakni Nusantara Mining Limited. Hal tersebut adalah sebagaimana telah diungkapkan oleh Perseroan dalam Catatan Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian Perseroan yang berakhir pada 30 September 2023 pada Catatan 1d dan 4. Menurut pendapat Manajemen, perubahan tersebut di atas tidak berdampak pada penurunan kinerja Perseroan. Demikian kami sampaikan, atas perhatiannya kami mengucapkan terima kasih. The increase in the Company's total assets and/or total liabilities is primarily due to the acguisition and consolidation of its subsidiary, Nusantara Mining Limited. These changes have been disclosed by the Company in the Notes to the Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ending on September 30, 2023, in Notes 1d and 4. According to Management's assessment, the aforementioned changes do not impact the Company's performance negatively. Thank you for your attention.
