demikian kepemilikan saham Investree Group setelah transaksi

menjadi sebanyak 2.399.948.448 saham, mewakili 13,06% dari
seluruh saham yang ditempatkan dan disetor penuh Bank
Amar.
Investree has sold in a total 143,000,000 shares on October 24,
2023 to Bank Amar. Thus, Investree Group share ownership
after the transaction became 2,399,948,448 shares,
representing 13.06% of all issued and fully paid shares of Bank
Amar.
