Jendral Sudirman Kav. 52-53 Jakarta 12190 U.p: Kepala Divisi Penilai Perusahaan Sektor Jasa 3 Dengan hormat, Sesuai Surat Keputusan Direksi PT Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 tanggal 30 September 2022 perihal Perubahan Peraturan Nomor I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi poin 111.3 mengenai kewajiban Paparan Publik, dengan ini kami menyampaikan pemberitahuan rencana Paparan Publik Tahunan Perseroan yang akan diselenggarakan pada: Hari/Tanggal : Selasa, 14 November 2023 Waktu : Pukul 14.00 - 15.00 WIB Tempat : Live Event melalui Aplikasi Zoom Materi Paparan Publik akan kami sampaikan kepada PT Bursa Efek Indonesia sesuai dengan jadwal waktu yang ditentukan yaitu selambat- lambatnya 3 (tiga) hari bursa sebelum acara dilaksanakan, dan acara Paparan Publik tersebut akan dihadiri oleh Direksi Perseroan. Tata cara pendaftaran untuk dapat mengikuti acara Paparan Publik tersebut adalah sebagai berikut : 1. Peserta wajib melakukan pendaftaran dengan mengirimkan email ke pubexmpi2020@gmail.com — dengan menyertakan nama, institusi, alamat email dan nomor HP. Pendaftaran akan ditutup pada hari Jumat tanggal 10 November 2023 pukul 14.00 WIB. 2. Link Zoom Meeting akan disampaikan ke alamat email yang terdaftar pada hari Senin tanggal 13 November 2023. In accordance to the Decree of the Board of Directors of the IDX number Kep- 00066/BEI1/09-2022 dated 30 September 2022 concerning the Amendment to Regulation number IE concerning the Obligation to Submit Information under point 111.3 regarding Mandatory Public Expose, we hereby announce the Annual Public Expose plan which will be held on: Day/Date : Tuesday, 14 November 2023 Time :2.00 - 3.00 PM Location : Live Event via Zoom Application The material of Public Expose will be submitted to the Indonesian Stock Exchange according to the time schedule determined in no later than 3 (three) stock exchange days before the event is held, and the Public Expose event will be attended by the Directors of the Company. The registration procedures to take part in the Public Expose event are as follows: 1. Participants must register by sending an email to pubexmpi2020@gmail.com including their name, institution, email address and cellphone number. Registration will be closed on Friday 10 November 2023 at 14.00 WIB. 2. The Zoom Meeting link will be sent to the registered email address on Monday 13 November 2023.
