Go To English Page Nomor Surat 049/S-CORSEC-Report/X/2023 Nama Perusahaan PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk Kode Emiten ASLC Lampiran 1 Perihal Perubahan Kantor Akuntan Publik dan/atau Akuntan Publik Perubahan KAP Sesuai hasil Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham yang diselenggarakan tanggal 31 Mei 2023 Berdasarkan Persetujuan RUPS Perseroan memutuskan menggunakan jasa Kantor Akuntan Publik Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dengan Akuntan Publik (Signing Partner) yaitu Ibu Ratnawati Setiadi untuk melakukan audit terhadap laporan keuangan perseroan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023 Pertimbangan dalam memutuskan perubahan Akuntan Publik adalah sebagai berikut : 1) Independensi AP, KAP, dan Orang dalam KAP Berdasarkan diskusi dengan manajemen Perusahaan dan AP, kami meyakini bahwa tidak terdapat kondisi yang menyebabkan adanya benturan kepentingan AP, KAP dan orang dalam KAP dengan Perusahaan, yaitu dalam hal: kepentingan keuangan langsung atau tidak langsung yang material, hubungan pekerjaan dengan Perusahaan, hubungan usaha secara langsung atau tidak langsung yang material dengan Perusahaan, memberikan jasa non- assurance kepada Perusahaan maupun hal-hal lain yang dapat menimbulkan benturan kepentingan. 2) Ruang Lingkup Audit Ruang lingkup audit adalah audit atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya untuk tahun yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2023. 3) Imbalan Jasa Audit Imbalan jasa audit atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya untuk tahun yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2023 adalah masih dalam batas yang wajar. 4) Keahlian dan Pengalaman AP dan KAP dan Tim Audit dari KAP Berdasarkan diskusi dengan manajemen Perusahaan dan AP, kami meyakini bahwa AP dan Tim Audit dari KAP memiliki keahlian dan pengalaman yang cukup untuk melakukan audit atas laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya untuk tahun yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Desember 2023. 5) Metodologi, Teknik, dan Sarana Audit yang digunakan KAP Berdasarkan Informasi dan penjelasan dari AP, KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja yang merupakan member Ernst & Young Global (EY Global), menggunakan metodologi audit EY Global Audit Methodology (EY GAM) yaitu metode audit yang diterapkan oleh seluruh kantor akuntan yang merupakan afiliasi dari EY Global. Selain itu, KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja juga menerapkan standar audit yang ditetapkan oleh Institut Akuntan Publik Indonesia. Kami percaya bahwa metodologi dan teknik audit, seperti yang dijelaskan AP di atas, dapat dan mencukupi untuk digunakan dalam proses audit laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya tanggal 31 Desember 2023. 6) Manfaat fresh eye perspectives yang akan diperoleh melalui penggantian AP, KAP dan Tim Audit dari KAP Adanya pergantian AP atau rotasi, 3 (tiga) tahun buku pelaporan secara berturut-turut, maka fresh eye perspectives dapat tetap terjaga, sesuai POJK No. 13/POJK.03/2017. 7) Potensi risiko atas penggunaan jasa audit oleh KAP yang sama secara berturut-turut untuk kurun waktu yang cukup panjang. Kami percaya bahwa KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja tetap dapat menjaga independensi dan objektifitasnya dalam pelaksanaan audit laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya untuk tahun yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2023. 8) Hasil evaluasi terhadap pelaksanaan pemberian jasa audit atas Informasi keuangan historis tahunan oleh AP dan KAP pada periode sebelumnya. Kami merasa puas terhadap pelaksanaan audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja dan AP Benyanto Suherman terhadap laporan keuangan konsolidasian PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk dan entitas anaknya untuk tahun yang berakhir tanggal 31 Desember 2022.

The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations: 1. Independence of Public Accountant, Public Accounting Firm, and People in Public Accounting Firm Based on discussions with the management of the Company and Public Accountant, we believe that there are no conditions that lead to a conflict of interest between public accountant, public accounting firm and people in public accounting firm contains with the Company, in the terms of: material direct or indirect financial, relationship with employment and the Company, business relationship in directly or indirectly material with the Company, providing non- assurance services to the Company or other matters that may cause a conflict of interest. 2. Scope of the audit The scope of the audit is an audit of the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries as of 31 December 2023. 3. Compensation for audit services Fees for audit services on the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2023 are still within reasonable limits. 4. Expertise and experience of Public Accountant, Public Accounting Firm, and the Audits Team from Public Accounting Firm Based on discussions with the management of the Company and Public Accountant, we believe that the Public Accountant and the Audits Team from Public Accounting Firm have sufficient expertise and experience to audit the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2023. 5. Methodology, techniques, and auditing tools used Based on information and explanations from Public Accountant, Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja who are members of Ernst & Young Global (EY Global), use the EY Global Audit Methodology (EY GAM) for audit methodology, which is an audit method applied by all accounting firms that are affiliates of EY Global. In addition, Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja also applies auditing standards set by the Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants. We believe that the audit methodology and techniques, as explained by the Public Accountant, can sufficient to be used in the process of auditing the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries as of December 31, 2023. 6. The benefits of fresh eye perspectives that will be obtained through the replacement of the Public Accountant, Public Accounting Firm and the Audits Team from the Public Accounting Firm With a change in Public Accountant or rotation, 3 (three) consecutive reporting years, fresh eye perspectives can be maintained, according to POJK No. 13/POJK.03/2017. 7. Potential risk of using audit services by the same Public Accounting Firm consecutively for a long period of time. We believe that Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja can maintain its independence and objectivity in auditing the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries on December 31, 2023. 8. Results of the evaluation of the implementation of the provision of audit services on annual historical financial information by Public Accountant and Public Accounting Firm in the previous period. We are satisfied with the audit carried out by Public Accounting Firm Purwantono, Sungkoro & Surja and Public Accounting Benyanto Suherman on the consolidated financial statements of PT Autopedia Sukses Lestari Tbk and its subsidiaries on December 31, 2022. 9.
