D BSDCITY Big City. Big Opportunity Jenis Informasi Penghentian Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Bumi Serpong Damai Tahun 2025. Uraian Informasi Berdasarkan surat Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No.S-100/D.04/2025 tertanggal 15 September 2025, Perseroan memperoleh pernyataan efektif atas Pernyataan Pendaftaran dalam rangka: 1. Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Bumi Serpong Damai Tahun 2025 dengan target dana yang dihimpun sebesar Rp2 triliun (dua triliun Rupiah) (“PUB Obligasi IV”): dan 2. Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Sukuk Ijarah Berkelanjutan II Bumi Serpong Damai Tahun 2025 dengan target dana yang dihimpun sebesar Rp1 triliun (satu triliun Rupiah) (“PUB Sukuk Ijarah 11”). Setanjutnya PUB Obligasi IV dan PUB Sukuk Ijarah Il secara bersama-sama disebut sebagai “PUB”. Sesuai dengan Pasal 2 POJK 36, pelaksanaan PUB dapat dilaksanakan dalam jangka waktu 2 (dua) tahun sejak tanggal efektif Pernyataan Pendaftaran. Perseroan telah melaksanakan penerbitan efek dalam rangka PUB dengan rincian sebagai berikut infc The termination of the Shelf Registered Bond IV Bumi Serpong Damai Year 2025. Based on the Financial Services Authority Letter No.S-100/D.04/2025 dated September 15", 2025, the Company obtained the effective statement of the Registration Statement in relation to: 1. Shelf Registered Bond IV Bumi Serpong Damai Year 2025 with a target fund of IDR2 trillion (two trillion Rupiah) (“PUB Obligasi IV”): and 2. Shelf Registered Sukuk Ijarah II Bumi Serpong Damai Year 2025 with a target fund of IDR1 trillion (one trillion) (“PUB Sukuk ljarah 11”). PUB Obligasi IV and PUB Sukuk Ijarah II shall hereinafter be collectively referred to as the “PUB”. Pursuant to Article 2 of POJK 36, the PUB may be implemented within 2 (two) years from the effective date of the Registration Statement. Damai Tahap Ol Tahun 2025 Sukuk Ijarah II Bumi Serpong Damai Phase II Year 2025 Dengan demikian, dari target dana yang dihimpun melalui PUB Obligasi IV, masih terdapat sisatarget dana sebesar Rp249.130.000.000,- (dua ratus empat puluh sembilan miliar seratus tiga puluh juta Rupiah) dari target total dana sebesar Rp2 triliun (dua triliun Rupiah). Sementara itu, target na yang dihimpun dari PUB Sukuk Ijarah Il telah Kerana seluruhnya. Big Opportunity Sehubungan dengan hal tersebut di atas, Perseroan menyampaikan bahwa Penawaran Umum Berkelanjutan Obligasi Berkelanjutan IV Bumi Serpong Damai Tahun 2025 dihentikan efektif sejak tanggal 25 Maret 2026, dengan merujuk pada ketentuan Pasal 12 POJK 36. Pertii n n Penghentian PUB Obligasi IV Penghentian atas PUB Obligasi IV dilakukan dengan mempertimbangkan aspek ekonomis, mengingat sisa target dana yang belum diterbitkan hanya tersisa sebesar Rp249.130.000.000,- (dua ratus empat puluh sembilan miliar seratus tiga puluh juta Rupiah) dari total target dana yang sebesar Rp2 triliun (dua triliun Rupiah). Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan Penghentian PUB Obligasi IV ini tidak memberikan dampak material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan. The termination of PUB Obligasi IV was conducted after considering economic aspects, as the remaining target fund that has not yet been issued amounting to IDR249,130,000,000 (two hundred and forty-nine billion and one hundred thirty million Rupiah) out of the total target fund of IDR2 trillion (two trillion Rupiah). The impact of the event, information or material fact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition or business continuity of the Company The termination of the PUB Obligasi IV does not have any material impact on the Company's operational activities, legal aspects, financial conditions or business continuity.
