00002/BEI/03- 2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020 perihal Tata Cara
Pelaksanaan Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami

pelaksanaan MESOP I Perseroan sebagai berikut:

Procedures for the Implementation of the Share Ownership
Program, we hereby submit the disclosure of information
concerning the implementation of the Company MESOP I as
follows:

Pre-determined Exercise Price : Rp783 per shares
Total Options Converted during this Exercise Period : The
number of option rights that may be converted during this
exercise period, which constitutes the final exercise period of
