PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA), mulai kembali
bangkit dan mencatatkan kinerja positif pada kuartal III-2023.
Dharmo Budiono Direktur Utama PT Bangun Karya Perkasa
Jaya Tbk mengatakan, Seluruh indikator kinerja perusahaan
pada triwulan III tahun 2023 sudah kembali pada jalurnya,
setelah sebelumnya sempat mengalami tekanan pada triwulan
II tahun 2023. Dharmo Budiono pun optimistis dan
memproyeksi kinerja KRYA khususnya dari sisi pendapatan,
akan mencapai puncaknya pada triwulan I 2024.
Neraca Keuangan
Aset KRYA pada triwulan III 2023 tercatat sebesar Rp 164,03
miliar, tumbuh 5,8% dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun
sebelumnya.
Sedangkan total liabilitas KRYA pada triwulan III 2023 sebesar
Rp60,24 miliar, meningkat 7,5% dibandingkan periode yang
sama tahun sebelumnya.
Sementara itu total ekuitas KRYA pada triwulan III 2023
sebesar Rp103,78 miliar, meningkat 4,87% dibandingkan
periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya.
Dengan capaian ini, rasio DER yang dicatatkan KRYA pada
triwulan III 2023 masih cukup baik dan stabil di kisaran
58,05%.
Laporan Laba Rugi
Di sisi top line, pendapatan KRYA tercatat sebesar Rp 88
miliar. Sementara itu, Laba kotor yang dicatat KRYA pada
triwulan III 2023 adalah sebesar Rp 14,39 miliar. Adapun di
sisi bottom line, KRYA kembali mencatatkan laba bersih
sebesar Rp 1,24 miliar. Dengan demikian KRYA kembali
memperbaiki rasio gross profit margin pada triwulan III 2023,
dikisaran 16,36%
Efek Catatan Kontrak Baru
Kinerja KRYA kembali ke jalur positif pada triwulan III 2023
yang terjadi seiring dengan tercatatnya kontrak baru hingga
Oktober 2023 sebesar Rp257,56 miliar. Kontrak tersebut
berasal dari PT PLN Indonesia Power, PT Surya Multi
Cemerlang, Pelindo Holding dan Wings Group.
Selain itu, KRYA juga masih mengerjakan proyek carry over
baik dari BUMN maupun swasta sebesar Rp 38,24 miliar.
Secara total, KRYA menangani proyek konstruksi hingga
Rp295,80 miliar, angka tersebut setara dengan 119,14% dari
RKAP KRYA tahun 2023 yaitu Rp248,28 miliar.
Kolaborasi KRYA dan Adhi Persada Gedung
Teranyar, PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. (KRYA),
memperoleh kepercayaan Adhi Persada Gedung (APG) anak
usaha dari PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI), untuk
memproduksi dan fabrikasi Modular Box (MOBOX).
Pada tahap awal APG telah memesan lebih dari 146 unit
MOBOX kepada KRYA, dengan nilai pesanan mencapai lebih
dari Rp 3 miliar.

Kolaborasi strategis ini, di mana KRYA menjadi pilihan utama
Adhi Persada Gedung, menggambarkan komitmen kuat kedua
perusahaan untuk menyediakan solusi konstruksi inovatif dan
berkelanjutan kepada pasar. MOBOX, sebagai elemen
konstruksi pra-pabrikasi yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan,
diperkirakan akan mengubah paradigma konstruksi.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Efek Catatan Kontrak Baru
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Kinerja KRYA kembali ke jalur positif pada triwulan III 2023
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, yang terjadi seiring dengan tercatatnya kontrak baru hingga
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Oktober 2023 sebesar Rp257,56 miliar. Kontrak tersebut

Facts PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk (KRYA), is starting to get
back on track and recorded positive performance in the third
quarter of 2023.
Dharmo Budiono President Director of PT Bangun Karya
Perkasa Jaya Tbk said, All company performance indicators in
the third quarter of 2023 have returned to the right track, after
previously experiencing pressure in the second quarter of
2023. Dharmo Budiono is also optimistic and projects that
KRYA's performance, especially in terms of revenue, will reach
its peak in the first quarter of 2024.
Balance Sheet
KRYA's assets in the third quarter of 2023 were recorded at
IDR 164.03 billion, growing 5.8% from the same period the
previous year.
Meanwhile, KRYA's total liabilities in the third quarter of 2023
amounted to IDR 60.24 billion, an increase of 7.5% from the
same period the previous year.
Meanwhile, KRYA's total equity in the third quarter of 2023
was IDR 103.78 billion, an increase of 4.87% from the same
period the previous year.
With this achievement, the DER ratio recorded by KRYA in the
third quarter of 2023 is still quite good and stable at around
58.05%
Income Statement
On the top line side, KRYA's revenue was recorded at IDR 88
billion. Meanwhile, the gross profit recorded by KRYA in the
third quarter of 2023 was IDR 14.39 billion. And, on the bottom
line, KRYA again recorded a net profit of IDR 1.24 billion.
Thus, KRYA again improved its gross profit margin ratio in the
third quarter of 2023, to around 16.36%.
New Contract Record Effect KRYA's
performance returned to a positive path in the third quarter of
2023, which occurred in line with recorded new contracts until
October 2023, amounting to IDR 257.56 billion. The contracts
come from PT PLN Indonesia Power, PT Surya Multi
Cemerlang, Pelindo Holding and Wings Group.
In addition, KRYA is also still working on a carry over project
from both BUMN and the private sector in the amount of IDR
38.24 billion.
In total, KRYA is handling construction projects up to IDR
295.80 billion, this figure is equivalent to 119.14% of KRYA's
RKAP in 2023 which is IDR 248.28 billion.Collaboration of

Most recently, PT Bangun Karya Perkasa Jaya Tbk. (KRYA),
obtained the trust of Adhi Persada Gedung (APG), a
subsidiary of PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. (ADHI), to produce
and fabricate Modular Boxes (MOBOX).
In the initial stage, APG has ordered more than 146 MOBOX
units from KRYA, with an order value of more than IDR 3
billion.
This strategic collaboration, in which KRYA is Adhi Persada

Gedung's first choice, illustrates the strong commitment of both
companies to provide innovative and sustainable construction
solutions to the market. MOBOX, as an efficient and
environmentally friendly pre-fabricated construction element, is
expected to change the construction paradigm.
