Helping Your Business Grow SIARAN PRESS (PRESS RELEASE) Laporan Keuangan untuk Periode 9 Bulan Tahun 2023 (“9M-2023”) Yang Tidak Diaudit EBITDA Naik, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk Membukukan Pendapatan Rp600, 1 miliar Jakarta, 30 Oktober 2023 PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk (“PADA" atau “Perseroan”) sebagai Perusahaan di bidang jasa Tenaga Alih Daya atau outsourcing, menyampaikan Laporan Keuangan untuk periode 9 bulan tahun 2023 (“9M-2023”) yang tidak diaudit yang berakhir pada 30 September 2023, dimana PADA berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan dan EBITDA. Ikhtisar Keuangan dalam rupiah (Rp) 9M-2023 9M-2022 Growth Pendapatan Usaha 600,08 miliar 509,76 miliar 17,74 Laba Usaha 32,62 miliar 29,49 miliar 10,61 EBITDA 15,65 miliar 14,34 miliar 91K Laba Bersih 0,65 miliar 1,83 miliar “64,615 Pada 9M-2023, Perseroan membukukan Pendapatan Usaha sebesar Rp600,08 miliar atau meningkat 17,74 (YoY) dibandingkan periode yang sama tahun lalu. Perolehan laba usaha mengalami peningkatan yang mencapai 10,64 (YoY) menjadi Rp32,62 miliar pada 9M-2023. Perseroan berhasil meningkatkan performa EBITDA yang lebih baik menjadi Rp15,65 miliar pada 9M-2023 dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya yang sebesar Rp14,34 miliar. Beban usaha meningkat dibanding tahun sebelumnya yang disebabkan karena peningkatan depresiasi aktiva tetap dan biaya non-usaha. Laba bersih, mengalami penurunan sebesar 64,6X dibandingkan tahun lalu. Peningkatan pendapatan Perseroan ini terutama didorong karena adanya peningkatan volume bisnis dari mitra/klien eksisting di segmen Telecommunication Services yang naik 75,596, segmen Logistics & Deliveries naik 89,196, segmen Healthcare Providers naik 96,64, segmen IT Services & Consulting naik 52,646, segmen Banks naik 13,546, segmen Pharmaceuticals naik 97,496, segmen Oil, Gas & Coal Supports naik 23,996, segmen Auto Components naik 20,696 dan segmen Personal Care Products naik 10.94. Selain itu Perseroan juga mendapatkan project baru di mitra/klien segmen Professional Services, Commercial Services, Agriculture Product dan Electronic Eguipment, Instruments & Components yang seluruhnya berkontribusi meningkatkan pendapatan perseroan sebesar 2,04 dari total pendapatan di 9M-2023. Hal tersebut sejalan dengan strategy Perseroan yang berfokus pada lini bisnis jasa Technical Services (pemeliharaan peralatan telekomunikasi) serta mempertahankan pertumbuhan di lini bisnis lainnya, sehingga terjadi peningkatan kontribusi pendapatan dari lini bisnis utama perseroan terhadap total pendapatan perseroan pada 9M-2023 dengan profil sebagai berikut Technical Services 31,1, Security Services 23,196, Office Services 10,496, Call Center Services 7,44 dan unit bisnis lainnya berkontribusi sebesar 27,995. Helping Your Business Grow Service, Logistics & Deliveries, Healthcare Providers, IT Services & Consulting dan Banks telah mendorong pertumbuhan tertinggi diantara semua segmen pada kuartal ini, dan kontribusi ini umumnya terjadi karena permintaan client/mitra untuk menambah jumlah tenaga alih daya/outsourcing, melakukan perluasan lokasi layanan/wilayah serta menambah cakupan pekerjaan untuk manage services”. “Dan hal lain yang positif pada periode ini yaitu Perseroan dapat meningkatkan EBITDA yang lebih baik. Financial Statements for the 9-Months Period of 2023 ("9M-2023") Unaudited
EBITDA Increases, PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk
Booked Revenue of Rp600.1 billion

PT Personel Alih Daya Tbk ("PADA" or "the Company") as a company in outsourcing services, submitted
its unaudited financial statements for the 9-month period of 2023 ("9M-2023") ended September 30,
2023, where PADA successfully increased its revenue and EBITDA.

In 9M-2023, the Company booked Operating Revenues of Rp600.08 billion or an increase of 17.74 (YoY)
compared to the same period last year. Operating profit increased by 10.696 (YoY) to Rp32.62 billion in
9M-2023. The Company managed to improved its EBITDA performance to Rp15.65 billion in 9M-2023
compared to the previous year of which amounted to Rp14.34 billion. Operating expenses increased
compared to the previous year due to an increase in depreciation of fixed assets and non-business
expenses. Net profit decreased by 64.6 compared to last year.
The increase in revenue was mainly driven by an increase in business volume from existing
partners/clients in Telecommunication Services segment which increased by 75.596, Logistics & Deliveries
segment increased 89.196, Healthcare Providers segment increased 96.646, IT Services & Consulting
segment increased 52.696, Banks segment increased 13.596, Pharmaceuticals segment increased 97.4X,
Oil, Gas & Coal Supports segment increased 23.94, Auto Components segment increased 20.6# and
Personal Care Products segment increased 10.95. Moreover, the Company also obtained new projects in
the Professional Services, Commercial Services, Agriculture Product and Electronic Eguipment,
Instruments & Components segments, which all contributed to increase the Company's revenue by 2.0
of total revenue in 9M-2023.
This is in line with the Company's strategy to focus on the Technical Services's business line
(telecommunications eguipment maintenance) and maintain growth in other business lines, thus resulting
in an increase in revenue contribution from the Company's main business lines to the Company's total
revenue in 9M-2023 with the following profile as follows, Technical Services 31.196, Security Services
23.146, Office Services 10.4, Call Centre Services 7.44 and other business units contributed 27.996.
