Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Dalam fakta material ini Perseroan melaporkan 2 informasi,
sebagai berikut:
1. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk
Menanda tangani kontrak kerjasama Angkutan Material Kapur
dengan PT Konstruksi Firehawk Jaya Indonesia, untuk proyek
PLTU, pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023.
Kontrak ini akan berlaku untuk satu tahun kedepan, dengan
total senilai Rp 13,200,000,000.
2. Selain itu PT MPX Logistics International Tbk juga
melakukan penanda tanganan kontrak Perjanjian Jual Beli
Semen Curah untuk Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol dengan
PT Victory Utama Beton (VUB), pada tanggal 26 Oktober
2023.
Kontrak ini juga akan berlaku untuk satu tahun kedepan,
dengan total Volume Semen Curah senilai Rp 85,248,000,000.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Dampak kepada Perseroan atas penanda tanganan kontrak
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kerjasama ini adalah:
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, 1. Meningkatkan revenue atau pendapatan Perseroan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau sehingga kegiatan usaha Perseroan berkembang
Perusahaan Publik 2. Kejadian, informasi dan fakta material tersebut di atas tidak

1. PT MPX Logistics International Tbk
Signed a cooperation contract for the transportation of lime
material with PT Construction Fire hawk Jaya Indonesia, for
the South Sumatra 8 PLTU construction project, on October
25th, 2023.
This contract will be valid for the next year, with a total value of
IDR 13,200,000,000.
2. Furthermore, PT MPX Logistics International Tbk also
signed the Bulk Cement Purchase Agreement contract for the
Toll Road Construction Project with PT Victory Utama Beton
(VUB).
This contract will also be valid for the next year, with a total
Bulk Cement Volume worth IDR 85,248,000,000.
