Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Jakarta, 27 Oktober 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
ELSA), hari ini melaporkan kinerja keuangan (unaudited)
kuartal III 2023 dengan pencapaian yang lebih baik dari kinerja
pada periode yang sama di tahun 2022. Laba Bersih yang
dibukukan Perseroan sebesar Rp407 miliar untuk periode
sembilan bulan yang berakhir pada 30 September 2023,
mencatatkan pertumbuhan sebesar 40% dibandingkan periode
yang sama tahun sebelumnya Rp291 miliar. Adapun untuk
pendapatan konsolidasian selama sembilan bulan pertama di
2023 mencapai Rp8.983 miliar, tumbuh 5% dibandingkan
dengan periode yang sama tahun sebelumnya Rp8.572 miliar.
Direktur Keuangan Elnusa, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja
mengatakan 'Elnusa terus mencetak pertumbuhan yang
berkelanjutan di seluruh segmen bisnis, sehingga Elnusa
mampu menghasilkan laba bersih yang terus meningkat
selama periode sembilan bulan di tahun 2023 ini. Adapun
komposisi Pendapatan konsolidasi tersebut dikontribusikan
dari Jasa Distribusi & Logistik Energi sebesar 55%, Jasa Hulu
32% dan Jasa Penunjang 13%. Perseroan juga menghasilkan
EBITDA selama periode sembilan bulan 2023 tumbuh 14%
menjadi Rp1.004 miliar dibandingkan tahun 2022 sebesar
Rp878 miliar di periode yang sama. Sementara itu, posisi
neraca keuangan Perseroan sangat baik dengan total aset
Rp9.350 miliar serta mencatatkan kas setara kas sebesar
Rp1.870 miliar atau 20% dari total aset per 30 September
2023.'
Bachtiar menambahkan, 'Laba bersih yang tumbuh hingga
40% ini menghasilkan peningkatan margin laba bersih dari
3,4% menjadi 4,5%. Peningkatan kinerja ini juga didorong oleh
efek dari efisiensi struktur biaya sebagai upaya kami dalam
merespon situasi industri saat ini. Kinerja pada Jasa Distribusi
dan Logistik Energi masih menjadi kontributor utama dalam
pendapatan usaha Perseroan. Di samping itu terdapat
peningkatan profitabilitas yang cukup signifikan pada Jasa
Hulu berkat penerapan operation excellence yang konsisten,
investasi yang selektif dan tepat sasaran, serta fokus pada
optimalisasi utilisasi asset eksisting.'
Selain itu, fundamental Elnusa yang kokoh dan tercermin dari
kinerja pada periode sembilan bulan pertama di 2023 ini juga
turut diapresiasi pasar dengan harga saham ELSA yang cukup
solid dan diakhir perdagangan bulan September 2023 ditutup
pada level Rp418 per lembar saham.
Perseroan terus berupaya memperkuat strategi bisnis dan
meningkatkan kompetensi untuk menghadapi daya saing di
masa depan. 'Kami optimis dan yakin dapat mencatatkan

Description of Material Information or Jakarta, 27 October 2023, PT Elnusa Tbk (ELNUSA, IDX:
Facts ELSA), today reported its financial performance (unaudited) for
the third quarter of 2023 with better achievements than the
performance in the same period in 2022. The net profit
recorded by the Company was IDR 407 billion for the nine
month period ending September 30 2023, recording growth of
40% compared to the same period the previous year of IDR
291 billion. Meanwhile, consolidated revenue for the first nine
months of 2023 reached IDR 8,983 billion, growing 5%
compared to the same period the previous year of IDR 8,572
billion.
Elnusa's Finance Director, Bachtiar Soeria Atmadja said
'Elnusa continues to achieve sustainable growth in all business
segments, so that Elnusa is able to generate net profits that
continue to increase during the nine month period in 2023. The
composition of the consolidated revenue was contributed by
Energy Distribution & Logistics Services amounting to 55%,
Upstream Services 32% and Supporting Services 13%. The
company also generated EBITDA during the nine month period
of 2023 growing 14% to IDR 1,004 billion compared to 2022 of
IDR 878 billion in the same period. "Meanwhile, the Company's
balance sheet position is very good with total assets of IDR
9,350 billion and recorded cash equivalent of IDR 1,870 billion
or 20% of total assets as of 30 September 2023.'
Bachtiar added, 'Net profit which grew by 40% resulted in an
increase in net profit margin from 3.4% to 4.5%. This increase
in performance was also driven by the effect of cost structure
efficiency as our effort to respond to the current industry
situation. Performance in Energy Distribution and Logistics
Services is still the main contributor to the Company's
operating income. Apart from that, there has been a significant
increase in profitability in Upstream Services thanks to the
consistent implementation of operational excellence, selective
and targeted investment, as well as a focus on optimizing the
utilization of existing assets.'
Apart from that, Elnusa's strong fundamentals as reflected in
its performance in the first nine months of 2023 were also
appreciated by the market with the ELSA share price being
quite solid and at the end of trading in September 2023 closing
at IDR 418 per share.
The Company continues to strive to strengthen its business
strategy and improve competencies to face future
competitiveness. 'We are optimistic and confident that we can
record brilliant performance until the end of 2023.' Bachtiar
said.
