Plan of PT Global Digital Niaga Tbk (the “Company”) for the period ended
on September 30, 2023

Kami merujuk pada Keputusan Direksi Bursa Efek Indonesia No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022
tentang Perubahan Peraturan No. I-E tentang Kewajiban Penyampaian Informasi, yang
mengatur bahwa batas waktu penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan yang
ditelaah secara terbatas adalah paling lambat pada akhir bulan kedua setelah tanggal Laporan
Keuangan Interim dengan disertai Laporan Akuntan Publik dalam rangka penelaahan
terbatas.
We refer to the Indonesian Stock Exchange Board of Directors Decree No. Kep-00066/BEI/09-
2022 on the Amendment of Regulation No. I-E regarding Information Submission Obligation,
which stipulate that the submission deadline for the limited review of the Company's Interim
Financial Statements is no later than the end of the second month after the date of Interim
Financial Statements, accompanied by the limited review report of the Public Accountant.
Dengan ini kami sampaikan bahwa Perseroan berencana untuk melakukan penelaahan secara
terbatas (limited review) terhadap Laporan Keuangan Interim Konsolidasian Perseroan untuk
periode yang berakhir pada 30 September 2023. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai bagian dari
komitmen Perseroan dalam melaksanakan praktik tata kelola perusahaan yang baik (good
corporate governance).

We hereby inform that the Company plans to conduct a limited review on the Company’s
Interim Consolidated Financial Statements for the period ended on September 30, 2023. This
limited review is conducted as part of the Company’s commitment to carry out good corporate
governance practices.
