Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Pada tanggal 25 Oktober 2023, Perseroan menandatangani
Perjanjian dengan DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea Chinese Banking
Corporation Limited dan PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk serta
PT Bank DBS Indonesia sebagai Agen dan Agen Jaminan,
dengan jumlah fasilitas seluruhnya adalah sebesar
US$100.000.000
Rincian, tujuan penggunaan dan jatuh tempo fasilitas tersebut
adalah sebagai berikut:
i Fasilitas A: US$40.000.000 yang digunakan untuk
tujuan umum dan investasi. Jatuh tempo dari fasilitas A adalah
24 bulan.
ii Fasilitas B: US$60.000.000 yang digunakan untuk
modal kerja dan tujuan umum jangka pendek. Jatuh tempo
dari fasilitas B adalah 12 bulan.
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak yang tidak menguntungkan terhadap
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, atau
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, kelangsungan usaha Perseroan atas penandatanganan
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perjanjian oleh Perseroan.

Type of Material Information or Facts connection with the Credit Agreement ('Agreement') by the
Company with total facility amount of US$100,000,000.
Description of Material Information or On October 25 2023, the Company signed an Agreement with
Facts DBS Bank Ltd., Oversea Chinese Banking Corporation Limited
and PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk as well as PT Bank DBS
Indonesia as Agent and Security Agent, with the total facility
amount being amounting to US$100,000,000.
Details, intended use and maturity of these facilities are as
follows:
i Facility A: US$40,000,000 used for general purposes
and investments. The repayment date of facility A is 24
months.
ii Facility B: US$60,000,000 used for working capital
and short-term general purposes. The repayment date of
facility B is 12 months.
