Berdasarkan penilaian Komite Audit, baik AP maupun pihak terasosiasi dari KAP tersebut mempunyai kompetensi dan
pengalaman yang memadai untuk melaksankan Audit Umum atas Laporan Keuangan Perseroan untuk Tahun Buku
2023.

Accountant (Signing Partner), namely: Mr. Drs. Nursal, Ak., CA, CPA To conduct an audit of the company's financial
statements ending on 31 December 2023
The decision to change the Issuer’s Public Accountant was based on the following considerations:
Based on the Audit Committee's assessment, both the AP and the KAP's associated parties have the competence and
experience to carry out a General Audit of the Company's Financial Report for the 2023 Financial Year.
