Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta        a. Dampak terhadap kegiatan operasional, yaitu bahwa

                                             terkait dengan penutupan Selat Hormuz;
                                             c. Dampak terhadap kondisi keuangan, yaitu bahwa
                                             sebagaimana telah diungkapkan dalam Catatan 36 (Peristiwa
                                             Setelah Periode Pelaporan) pada Laporan Keuangan per 31
                                             Desember 2025 yang telah diaudit oleh Kantor Akuntan Publik
                                             Purwanto Susanti dan Surja tertanggal 17 Maret 2026, bahwa
                                             ketegangan geopolitik di Timur Tengah meningkat menyusul
                                             tindakan militer di kawasan tersebut pada akhir Februari 2026,
                                             menyebabkan meningkatnya ketidakpastian geopolitik dan
                                             volatilitas di pasar keuangan dan energi global. Volatilitas
                                             harga komoditas dan energi global, gangguan pada rantai
                                             pasokan dan logistik global, ketidakpastian makroekonomi
                                             yang lebih luas yang mempengaruhi permintaan pelanggan,
                                             volatilitas di pasar valuta asing dan pasar keuangan, akan
                                             berdampak pada Perseroan. Walaupun Perseroan tidak
                                             memiliki operasi langsung yang signifikan di negara-negara
                                             yang terlibat langsung dalam konflik tersebut, tetapi dampak
                                             ekonomi yang lebih luas dapat mempengaruhi operasi dan
                                             kinerja keuangan Perseroan secara tidak langsung. Perseroan
                                             saat ini masih memonitor perkembangan terkait penutupan
                                             Selat Hormuz ini dan menilai potensi dampaknya pada periode
                                             pelaporan berikutnya.

                                               Disclosure of Information Regarding the Impact of the Closure
 Type of Material Information or Facts         of the Strait of Hormuz

 Description of Material Information or        As a result of the closure of the Strait of Hormuz, crude oil
 Facts                                         prices have risen. This increase in crude oil prices has led,
                                               among other things, to a nearly 10% rise in the prices of crude
                                               palm oil and palm kernel feedstocks compared to previous
                                               levels, resulting in higher prices for auxiliary materials and
                                               increased logistics costs

 Impact of event, material information or       a.Impact on operational activities, namely that the Company

                                                c.Impact on financial condition, as disclosed in Note 36
                                                (Events After the Reporting Period) in the Financial
                                                Statements as of December 31, 2025, audited by the Public
                                                Accounting Firm Purwanto Susanti and Surja dated March 17,
                                                2026, that geopolitical tensions in the Middle East have
                                                escalated following military actions in the region at the end of
                                                February 2026, leading to increased geopolitical uncertainty
                                                and volatility in global financial and energy markets. Global
                                                commodity and energy price volatility, disruptions to global
                                                supply chains and logistics, broader macroeconomic
                                                uncertainty affecting customer demand, and volatility in foreign
                                                exchange and financial markets will impact the Company.
                                                Although the Company does not have significant direct
                                                operations in the countries directly involved in the conflict, the
                                                broader economic impact could indirectly affect the Company
                                                operations and financial performance. The Company is
                                                currently monitoring developments related to the closure of the
                                                Strait of Hormuz and assessing its potential impact in the next
                                                reporting period.
