2020, concerning Procedures for Implementing the Share
Ownership Program, together We convey this disclosure of
information regarding the implementation of the Company's
Share Ownership Program as follows:
Exercise Period:
30 exchange days from November 1, 2023 - December 12,
2023.
Exercise Price Determined Beforehand:
