Perusahaan Terbuka Dengan Memberikan Hak Memesan
Efek Terlebih Dahulu (sebagaimana diubah dengan Peraturan
Otoritas Jasa Keuangan No. 14/POJK.04/2019) dan Surat
Edaran PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Nomor SE-00002/BEI/03-
2020 tanggal 2 Maret 2020 perihal Tata Cara Pelaksanaan
Program Kepemilikan Saham, bersama ini kami sampaikan
keterbukaan informasi sehubungan dengan pelaksanaan
Program Kepemilikan Saham Perseroan sebagai berikut:
1. Periode Pelaksanaan: 30 hari bursa terhitung sejak

2. Harga Pelaksanaan yang telah Ditetapkan

Periode Pelaksanaan sebanyak-banyaknya 22.500.000 saham
dan Hak Opsi yang belum Dikonversi pada Periode
Pelaksanaan ini dapat dilakukan pada periode pelaksanaan
berikutnya.

material tersebut terhadap kegiatan Pelaksanaan MESOP ini, baik terhadap kegiatan operasional,

for Public Companies by Providing Pre-emptive Rights (as
amended by Financial Services Authority Regulation No.
14/POJK.04/2019) and PT Bursa Efek Indonesia Circular
Letter Number SE-00002/BEI /03- 2020 dated March 2nd ,
2020 regarding the Procedures for Implementing the Share
Ownership Program, we hereby submit information disclosure
regarding the implementation of the Company's Share
Ownership Program as follows:
1. Window Exercise: 30 (thirty) trading days from November
1st, 2023 to December 12th, 2023
2. Pre-Set Execution Price : IDR 863 per shares
3. Number of Option Rights Converted For This Execution
