Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Peningkatan kewajiban keuangan Perseroan telah terjadi
terkait karena adanya pinjaman oleh Medco E&P Grissik Ltd
(Debitur), anak perusahaan yang seluruh sahamnya dimiliki
oleh Perseroan, berdasarkan suatu perjanjian fasilitas antara
Debitur dengan para kreditur yaitu (i) Australia and New
Zealand Banking Group Limited, Singapore Branch (ii) Credit
Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, Singapore Branch
(iii) DBS Bank Ltd (iv) ING Bank NV, Singapore Branch (v)
MUFG Bank Ltd, Singapore Branch (vi) Standard Chartered
Bank (Singapore) Limited (vii) United Overseas Bank Limited
dan (viii) PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. (Para Kreditur),
dengan nilai pinjaman hingga USD 350.000.000. Pinjaman
yang ditandatangani oleh Debitur dan Para Kreditur juga
mendapatkan penjaminan dari Perseroan
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Tidak ada dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta material
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan tersebut terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau Perusahaan

Facts as the result of a loan facility obtained by Medco E&P Grissik
Ltd (Debtor), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company based
on a facility agreement between the Debtor and the following
creditors: (i) Australia and New Zealand Banking Group
Limited, Singapore Branch (ii) Credit Agricole Corporate &
Investment Bank, Singapore Branch (iii) DBS Bank Ltd (iv) ING
Bank NV, Singapore Branch (v) MUFG Bank Ltd, Singapore
Branch (vi) Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited (vii)
United Overseas Bank Limited and (viii) PT Bank Mandiri
(Persero) Tbk (Creditors), with the loan amount of up to USD
350,000,000. The executed loan by the Debtor and the
Creditors is also guaranteed by the Company
