Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk pada Peraturan OJK No. 14 POJK.04 2022 tentang
Penyampaian Laporan Keuangan Berkala Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik tanggal 18 Agustus 2022 (Peraturan
OJK) dan Peraturan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia
Nomor I-E tanggal 29 Januari 2021 tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi (Peraturan Bursa), dengan ini
kami sampaikan bahwa Laporan Keuangan Interim Perseroan
untuk periode yang berakhir pada 30 September
2023 sedang dilakukan penelaahan secara terbatas (limited
review). Dengan demikian, Perseroan akan melaporkan hasil
penelaahan terbatas Laporan Keuangan Konsolidasian
Perseroan untuk periode yang berakhir pada 30 September
2023 paling lambat pada 30 November 2023 sesuai dengan
pemenuhan ketentuan yang diatur dalam Peraturan OJK dan
Peraturan Bursa.

January 2021 concerning Obligations to Submit Information
(Exchange Regulations), hereby We would like to inform you
that the Company's Interim Financial Report for the period
ending September 30 2023, a limited review will be carried out.
Thus, the Company will report the results of a limited review of
the Company's Consolidated Financial Statements for the
period ending 30 September 2023 no later than 30 November
2023 in accordance with compliance with the provisions
stipulated in the OJK Regulations and Stock Exchange
