Uraian Informasi atau Fakta Material Merujuk kepada Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 tanggal 16 Desember 2015, tentang
Keterbukaan atas Informasi atau Fakta Material oleh Emiten
atau Perusahaan Publik, dengan ini, kami PT. Martina Berto
Tbk untuk dan atas nama Anak yaitu PT. Cedefindo
bermaksud untuk menyampaikan Laporan Informasi atau
Fakta Material sebagai berikut :
Bahwa Perseroan melakukan pembagian dividen interim tunai
kepada Para Pemegang Saham Perseroan untuk
tahun buku berjalan 2023 Pembagian Dividen Interim Tunai
pada tanggal 23 Oktober 2023
Dampak kejadian, informasi atau fakta Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan serta, dengan
material tersebut terhadap kegiatan mempertimbangkan antara lain kondisi keuangan dan rencana
operasional, hukum, kondisi keuangan, bisnis ke depan Perseroan, jumlah dividen interim tunai yang
atau kelangsungan usaha Emiten atau akan dibagikan kepada pemegang saham secara keseluruhan
Perusahaan Publik adalah sebesar Rp 38.950.000.000,- (tiga puluh delapan miliar
sembilan ratus lima puluh juta rupiah
Berdasarkan uraian di atas, pelaksanaan Pembagian Dividen
Interim Tunai oleh Perseroan, tidak akan memberikan dampak
material terhadap kegiatan operasional, hukum, kondisi
keuangan, atau kelangsungan usaha Perseroan.

regarding Disclosure of Material Information or Facts by
Issuers or Public Companies , hereby, we, PT Martina Berto
Tbk for and on behalf of its subsidiary, PT Cedefindo , would
like to submit the following Material Information or Facts
Report:
That the Company has distributed interim cash dividend to the
Shareholders of the Company for the current financial year
2023 ("Interim Cash Dividend Distribution") on 23 October
2023.
Impact of event, material information or Based on the calculations performed and taking into account,
facts towards Issuers or Public among others, the Company's financial condition and future
Company’s operational activities, legal, business plans, the total amount of interim cash dividends to
financial condition, or going concern be distributed to shareholders is Rp 38,950,000,000 (thirty-
eight billion nine hundred and fifty million rupiah).
Based on the above description, the implementation of the
Cash Interim Dividend by the Company will not have a material
impact on the operational activities, legal, financial condition,
or business continuity of the Company.
