Tanggapan Perseroan:

Perseroan tidak mengetahui adanya informasi atau
fakta material yang dapat mempengaruhi nilai efek
perusahaan atau keputusan investasi pemodal
kecuali yang telah tersedia di ranah publik.

Seluruh informasi atau fakta material yang sudah
dapat diungkapkan oleh Perseroan yang dapat
mempengaruhi nilai efek perusahaan atau
keputusan investasi pemodal sebagaimana diatur di
dalam Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan Nomor
31/POJK.04/2015 telah diungkapkan oleh
Perseroan.

The Company is not aware of any material
information or facts that may impact the value of the
company's shares or investment decisions of investors
other than the information that has been available in
the public domain.

All material information or facts which could be
disclosed by the Company that may affect the value
of the company's shares or investment decisions of
investors as stipulated in the Financial Services
Authority Regulation Number 31/POJK.04/2015 have
been disclosed by the Company.

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Perseroan tidak berada dalam kapasitas untuk
menjawab pertanyaan sehubungan dengan
aktivitas dari pemegang saham tertentu.
Selanjutnya kami akan menyampaikan Keterbukaan
Informasi kepada publik apabila terdapat informasi
material yang kami terima di kemudian hari dari
pemegang saham tertentu Perseroan.

Company's response:

The Company is not in the capacity to answer a
guestion related to any activities of certain
shareholder. Further, we will provide an Information
Disclosure to the public if there is any material
information we receive in the future from certain
shareholder of the Company.

Apakah Perseroan memiliki rencana untuk
melakukan tindakan korporasi dalam waktu dekat,
termasuk rencana korporasi yang akan berakibat
terhadap pencatatan saham Perseroan di Bursa
(paling tidak dalam 3 bulan mendatang) ?

Does the Company have plan to conduct corporate
action in the near future, including corporate plans
that will result in the listing of the Company's shares
on the Stock Exchange (at least in the next 3 months)?

Tanggapan Perseroan:

Perseroan senantiasa mengkaji dan
mempertimbangkan berbagai rencana tindakan
korporasi dari waktu ke waktu sesuai dengan
strategi Perseroan. Perseroan akan menyampaikan
Keterbukaan Informasi kepada publik pada
waktunya sesuai dengan ketentuan dan peraturan
yang berlaku.

Company's response:

The Company is continuously reviewing and
considering some corporate activity plans, in line with
the Company's strategy. The Company will provide
an Information Disclosure to the public in due course
in accordance with the applicable rules and
regulations.

Rencana pemegang saham utama terkait dengan
kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan. Dalam hal ini,
mohon kiranya Corporate Secretary menanyakan
terlebih dahulu kepada pengendali dan/atau
pemegang saham utama dalam menjawab
konfirmasi tersebut.

The plan of the principal shareholder regarding their
shareholding in the Company. In this case, the
Corporate Secretary must kindly ask them before
providing any confirmation.

Sepengetahuan kami, sampai dengan tanggal surat
ini pemegang saham utama Perseroan tidak
memiliki rencana untuk melakukan tindakan terkait
dengan kepemilikan sahamnya di Perseroan.

To the best of our knowledge, as of the date of this
letter, the main shareholders of the Company have no
plans to take any action related to their shareholding
in the Company.
