Peraturan Nomor I-£E Tentang Kewajiban
Penyampaian Informasi, maka dengan ini kami
sampaikan penjelasan sehubungan dengan
perubahan lebih dari 2045 pos Total Liabilitas
Perseroan pada Laporan Keuangan Tahunan PT
Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (“Perseroan”) Per 31
Desember 2025.

Total Aset Perseroan tumbuh 23,67”5 per 31
Desember 2025 dibandingkan akhir tahun per
31 Desember 2024 disebabkan terutama oleh,
peningkatan Kredit yang diberikan sebesar
20,07”, dan penempatan pada bank lain dan
surat berharga sebesar 25,3776.

Total Liabilitas Perseroan tumbuh 24,83Y6 per
31 Desember 2025 dibandingkan akhir tahun per
31 Desember 2024 disebabkan terutama oleh
peningkatan Dana Pihak Ketiga (DPK) sebesar
18,76” dan peningkatan liabilitas atas efek-efek
yang dijual dengan janji dibeli kembali sebesar
35,64Y4.

Peningkatan tersebut di atas sejalan dengan
strategi pengembangan usaha Perseroan
sepanjang tahun 2025.

In accordance with the Decree of the Board of
Directors of PT Bursa Efek Jakarta Number:
Kep-00066/BEI/09-2022 regarding Regulation
Number I-E on the Obligation to Submit
Information, we hereby provide an explanation
in relation to the change of more than 204 in the
Company's Total Liabilities in the Annual
Financial Statements of PT Bank Nationalnobu
Tbk (“the Company”) as of December 31, 2025.

The Company's Total Assets grew by 23.6746
as of December 31, 2025 compared to the year-
end position as of December 31, 2024, mainly
due to an increase in Loans Granted of 20.0746,
and placements with other banks and
marketable securities of 25.376.

The Company's Total Liabilities increased by
24.836 as of December 31, 2025 compared to
the year-end position as of December 31, 2024,
mainly due to an increase in Third-Party Funds
of 18.761 and an increase in liabilities from
securities sold under repurchase agreements of
35.6416.

The increase mentioned above is in line with the
Company's business development strategy
throughout 2025.
